Speaking of Berserk, I just watched it and thought that it would be nice if Diablo 3 ended up being like it in that the world in the beginning is perfectly normal, because you know, Prime Evils gone and all that, and then suddenly everything turns into this blasted hellscape with the hordes of Chaos all up in your shit. It would make for a nice "wtf" experience, I think.
Read the manga as well! It's absurdly well illustrated and there are some fantastic story arcs throughout.
Berserk is a series that really struck me. I mean, I don't normally go in for the incredibly brutal stuff but they did SUFFERING so well in that series that I had to watch the whole thing.
I will admit to you all that I actually enjoyed the first two seasons or so of Naruto, Bleach, and even some Inuyasha, way back when. The continuing quackery of each of those series after that spoiled the memories for me.

Naruto and Bleach I can forgive
but Inuyasha!?
Really?
Inuyasha actually had a neat story, during it's first little run-around before all of the permanent plot devices were in place.
It was pretty much just violence and plot up to that point.
I have watched at least 40 million episodes of Inuyasha just because it was on Cartoon Network so frequently for such a long period of time. I don't really have an opinion on the show. Naruto/Bleach have a lot of really fun fighting in between all the nonsense. Haven't watched either in quite a long time.
I watched Gurren Lagann recently. I don't believe there is a single word in the dictionary that would suffice in expressing how goddamn epic that show is.
I mean, fucking fuck. There's a part in the show where the main guy is all pissed off and pretty much just screams, "WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK I AM?" And a million of these space robot things just explode instantaneously because he screamed that loud. Then the guy proceeds to uppercut some monolithic space structure out of the space-time continuum. Out of the space-time continuum.
I love them, but I'm also a spaz who can't easily focus on anything unless there's a lot going on to grab my attention. So a well-made video with a lot of well-edited footage set to good music can be pretty fun to watch.
just make it off the wall with no real structure in the dialogue

Gurren Lagann is over the top in the most entertaining ways
But Hellsing Ultimate is juuuuust right.
I usually don't care for over-the-top kind of entertainment, but it does everything with so much style.
Jump to 4:00 if you just wanna see some action
I also look at the latest chapters of Tenjou Tenge before they translated, then I read em. I've been doing this for about 6 years.
These are the only animu/manga things I do.
Episode 9? But it is the most important part of the whole character development!
Also Goatmon, Hellsing Ultimate is only good in dub. I can't believe they tried to have japanese actors try and speak german.

It's actually a very, very cool show.

But there aren't any posters on this page.
