If you know someone was suicidal before successfully being treated for depression, and you deliberately sabotage their anti-depressent medication, and they commit suicide, is that murder?

Depraved indifference to say the least (depending on state/country you could be convicted of manslaughter I think if there was enough evidence.)

I would like some money because these are artisanal nuggets of wisdom philistine.

It worries me when people ask these kinds of questions apparently completely out of the blue.

I don't know about legally (at all) morally? without question.
Japan: I'm asking this because it's the plot of the Criminal Intent episode I'm watching.

CNN covering the Chicago tea party:
Protester: "I think he's a fascist."
Reporter: "Why?"
Protester: "Because he is."
After some more of that, reporter gives up, goes to someone else.
Protester: "(stuff about how he's screwed and all the money is being taken away)"
Reporter: "Sir, do you know you are eligible for a $400--"
Protester: "May I finish my point?" (repeat original point)
Reporter: "Sir, the state is getting $Texas as part of the stimulus."
Protester: "I--I--I--I--I--I-- (attention drawn to off-camera protester) Sir, could you get that out of here?"
(protesters inch towards camera and therefore reporter)
Reporter: "Well, that's the scene here, and some of this is not family viewing. Back you you in the studio." (mike cut, reporter shown bitching out protesters before feed is cut)

I have a new soccer blog The Minnow Tank. Reading it psychically kicks Sepp Blatter in the bean bag.

At the Lafayette Square protest, someone reportedly threw a box of tea bags over a White House fence, forcing the Secret Service to briefly evacuate the North Lawn area.

I see.
On an unrelated note, how long does the chat reckon it would take to dissolve a body with drain cleaner? Not necessarily a very big body. Say about the size of a ten year old.

Uh, hypothetically, that is.
I don't think drain cleaner is acidic enough to dissolve a body, at least not on a time frame.

No, that acid that they use to clean certain machinery... What was the name of it. I know they use it on military bases, at least...
I'll remember the name sooner or later. Whatever it is, it eats skin scary fast, it decalciates bone. It'd destroy the whole thing after a few weeks.
