With that the L1z1x will play our political card: Supported Expansion
Supported Expansion
For: Starting with the Speaker, each player may place 1 free Ground Force on 1 uncontrolled planet of his choice.
Against: Each player loses control of each non-Home System that he does not have at least 1 unit on.
Votes begin with the Speaker. L1z1x would like to remind the Speaker of previous agreements already paid for regarding territory rights in case the motion passes.

OK, I've corrected the error in the accounting for Yin's swapping ability - I forgot to reset it at the end of Round 1.
Assembly Vote The L1z1x Mindnet: 5 votes - FOR The Ghosts of Creuss: 3 votes - AGAINST The Embers of Muaat: 5 votes - AGAINST The Yin Brotherhood: 6 votes - FOR Universities of Jol-Nar: 8 votes The Naalu Collective: 7 votes - FOR
I'd like to remind players that voting starts with the person to the Speaker's left and ends with the Speaker. But the vote is set, and players may go ahead and resolve the FOR part of the Political Card. We'll resolve the secondary afterwards, since everyone excepting the Jol-Nar will then have exhausted planets to potentially refresh.
EDIT: If anyone needed a list of unclaimed planets, here's the list after accounting for Naalu and L1z1x's picks.

Jol-Nar is not pleased with Muaat's annexation of a planet directly adjacent to the Universities' home system. Especially with Quaan and Tarman so much closer to home.
We have too many planets with double a in their names, needed some ees.

Not sure the Universities would appreciate that, but thanks for the go-ahead.
Oh did you have some sort of deal worked out? I hadn't been paying attention.
Anyway, I do not plan on playing trade until much later in the round, did anyone want me to play it earlier? Just thought I would ask before Creuss went.

@MrBody
I believe that planet is controlled, therefore not eligible.

Welcome Back!
Your actual turn in the round doesn't come up for a while yet, so you've got time. No need to rush. :P

My Councillor tried talking MrBody letting us play it last round when he played Assembly. He did say it could benefit everybody. :P
