    Eevee's whole thing is that it's literally an unstable genetic mishmash.

    It's a dog/fox/cat, and some evolutions emphasize one of those more than others.

    Turns out my Team Lead Vaporean is lowest IV, and my 643 Jolteon is breathtaking. Whooooops. Best get to upgrading.

    Does the IV stay the same when you evolve? I have a breathtaking Eevee that is ready to be turned into a Flareon, but it is a hundred less CP than the one I was going to evolve, which is only above average.
