    okay managed to acquire an IK armor. Now to look for an IK belt, a low Ravenfrost, and the btorch.

    I am clawing my way up to a lem to make a Treachery. I have two Fals and a passle of Lums, now to scramble the gems together.

    I use The Rising Sun on my melee paladin, the amount of absorb it has is silly (60~ at level 90). With that, I've shrugged off Venom Lords even with 0 or so fire resistance. Inferno apparently is one of those "hits frequently but little at a time" skills that absorb works so well against.

    Gloams and Thundergod's works a little differently, though; there you really need 80+ resist to properly heal from gloam lightning.

    you know ronya, i dunno if it is just that you haven't updated it yet but apparently chen has an IK belt under "for free" in your list of FTs and ISOs

    So I reset my skills and suddenly I realised it also resets your stats as well. Que me clicking on vitality until my wrists hurt. I then thought "I wonder if shift click makes it go faster". Now I have 20 str, 20 dex, 350 vit.

    Probably. Thankfully (so so much) you can respec if you find it horrible like I did. Possibly because i'm a noob or because I don't have the gear but I couldn't really kill anything.

    i knew there was a guy who used my LoD CD key, but he didn't play much, or maybe we are on different play schedules or something, but yesterday i pretty much did nothing but play diablo 2 for about 10 hours and i think he is getting back at me today because he hasn't logged off since about 11 AM.

    not too happy.

    fortunately i googled his account name, and discovered there are a couple posts on random diablo 2 forums of people complaining that he has their CD key. emailed the shit out of blizzard. hopefully they respond.

    Yeah, the sheer amount of bots that join games is really irritating. Sure, I can press N, but I don't think I should have to.

    You can usually throw a level cap on the game that will stop most spam bots.

    Do your level - x = 9 where x is the level cap. So if you're level 90 you want your level cap to be 81 levels. That should do it.
