there's some sort of monster in 231, waiting to be born. Rape prevents it from emerging
they were talking about an apocalypse so i'm fairly certain that its not just A monster, but the antichrist. or at least a gateway to hell

My best guess is that it's an innocence thing.
The "seven seals" can only be born from an innocent and she has to be brutally raped or otherwise completely emotionally distraught and forcibly emasculated to prevent it. The article talks about her starting to become accustomed to the "procedure" so it's not working any more so they give her an amnesiac so that it's an entirely new horror to her every week. It's not the rape itself that prevents it, it's the horror of her plight

    entirely fucked up.
Actually I think that last part was just the Doctor who's in charge of her starting to enjoy raping her, and getting off on her fear D:

Honestly, moreso than some of the things stored, the way they just kill their lower-level personnel by the hundreds is kind of creepy. Very cruel, despite the fact that the D-Level Personnel all seem to be criminals.
They'll break a young boy's leg and broadcast his screams of pain through the intercoms when the Old Man gets loose, so that he'll be lured to the boy to kill him and they can incapacitate him.

SCP-990: [after a long pause] Doctor, I believe you have the wrong impression about me.

    Dr. ██████████: How so?

SCP-990: I'm not the bad guy here.

Dr. ██████████: I wasn't aware that there was a "bad guy" involved.

    SCP-990: Oh, there is.

    Dr. ██████████: Who?

SCP-990: [another long pause] SCP nine thousand and nine.

Dr. ██████████: There is no SCP with that designation, and there won't be for some time.

SCP-990: Well of course not. She hasn't even been born yet, much less classified by your Foundation.

Dr. ██████████: Is this another prediction?

SCP-990: This is your wake-up call.

My favorite bit from the site is still this excerpt from the invincible lizard experimentation logs.
    Item: One ordinary human child

    Tissue Test Record:
    n/a

    Termination Test Record:
Child began to scream and cry when SCP-682 was introduced into the cell. Subject was immediately and messily devoured by SCP-682.

Notes: Okay, so that didn't work so well. Maybe the fact that the kid was crying made 682 perceive it as hostile intent… Guest Researcher Dr. W
Item: One ordinary human child, drugged to cancel extreme emotional reaction

    Tissue Test Record:
    n/a

    Termination Test Record:
Child stood and smiled, giggling at SCP-682 with no sign of fear. SCP-682 devoured the subject messily.

Notes: Hmmm… maybe we can try that again. I'm sure somewhere out there there's a kid who'll make friends with it like SCP-053 did… Guest Researcher Dr. W
    Item: Guest Researcher Dr. W

    Tissue Test Record:
    n/a

    Termination Test Record:
Subject screamed in terror and pounded on the door to the test facility, begging to be let out. SCP-682 devoured it messily three minutes after being introduced.

Notes: Fucking sadistic asshole. I've got no sympathy for that moron whatsoever. Introducing children to this fucking monster? What the hell… Assistant Director Clef
    Item: A bunch of flowers

    Tissue Test Record:
    n/a

    Termination Test Record:
Flowers tossed into room. SCP-682 eyed flowers suspiciously, then ground them to a fine powder

Notes: Was the hope here that it would go into anaphylactic shock, or that the flowers would sweeten its mood? Either way, the researcher in question has been reassigned to paperwork.

If you look at the page logs, you'll note that a guest actually wrote those two children logs (this was back when they still allowed guests to edit), and then existing edit guy Clef wrote the following one and banned his IP. I think.
