Actually that new CDR item is great news for all us shroom fans
and I just realised that 21 point offense would be the best way to go for ap teemo - havoc is worth 40-45 ap on rank 3 shroom, which isn't bad value for one point.
But you lose the cdr from deep utility but that doesn't bother me too much
I actually think nerfing the movespeed boost of Pool is about all Vlad needed, maybe that plus some slight tweaks to his Q cooldown scaling (so Vlad is less garbage levels 1-4 and less HOLY SHIT at level 9).

Well they cut his passive ratio in half, vlad really only does optimal damage in a teamfight when he can get pretty close to the enemy. The only reason he a good champion is because he is naturally a little tanky and he has great harass. We will see how it works out in game though.

Well I think the main problem was vlad using it in the middle of a fight and not moving. Also during the laning phase it is too hard to gank him most of the time. I mostly used his pool to escape death by pooling into a wall and flashing over, works great for that. Also I like to defend towers, I can usually defend a 3 man attack by ulting, couple E and Q and ignite then pool then more e and q. People don't expect that, and the pool still works for that mostly.

i don't know, but it is about as smart towerdiving her as it is towerdiving vladimir
i have seen a karma get at least 1-2 kills (if its two kills it is usually on the same towerdive) every game from her being low health bait, then somebody goes to towerdive her, she mantrashields, takes their burst like a champ and they die
a slow isn't as good as a stun and her slow does no damage to the target? her Q is only a .6 ratio, nowhere near as good as 1:1
she's just not going to do the same damage ap sion does, especially since she doesn't get a free bf sword

'cos her ratios aren't as good, she doesn't have an ult, no hard cc, doesn't get 3hp per cs
She's not OP like Sion because she is weaker than him at Sioning
Surrender time on Summoner's Rift reduced to 20 minutes from 25

Smite now deals true damage instead of magic damage.

I have yet to see a karma "win" a game for a team, as in, I've seen fed to shit karma's, and she still lost horribly, because she is karma. Not to say shes bad, but shes a support champ, plain and simple, why even compare her to the all mighty sion.

Edit: I have seen Karma carry a couple games, which is more than I can say for some champions which have been in the game for months and months
AP Sion doesn't carry all that hard in the late game either by the way, he's a really strong early to mid game champ but late game, ranged carries have a really easy time breaking his shield and then he's very squishy and just dies without doing damage (except his stun)

So I played against a fresh Ezreal in middle as Fiddlesticks.
It was very sad.
That whole match was sad.
Most of our deaths were from five man tower dives.
Gangplank zoned out and denied a Malz and Trynd duo to the point that they were level 4 and 5 while he was eight, our Ez and Malphite farmed Titties Mclargehat, and I just kinda wandered around sealing ganks.
I don't even know what Rammus was up to but they sure didn't have any jungle buffs.

Same reason I don't get it on Kass. If you reconsider too often because you risk losing stacks you miss out on some epic game-turning ganks.
I like knowing that my penalty for dying doesn't increase the better I do.
Spell Vamp is gonna be disgusting on him.

Will of the Ancients is gonna be so good on him. The speed you can cast Overload is gonna make it his version of Transfusion.
