    Oh you're talking about dialogue

I thought you were talking about the action and drama

Yeah, I'm not even gonna try and defend the dialogue, shit makes my head hurt

It's the whole package, I'm just highlighting dialog because there's no arguing that

I've had people tell me that they don't mind reading the same basic story over and over and over because "That's what it would be like in the apocalypse, just a constant search for food and shelter!!!!"

Which, I mean, if you dig that, fine

But you dig some boring shit

I generally give dialogue a pass if it's interesting, realism is of secondary import

Real people go um and ah and repeat themselves and talk about complete crap

Realistic dialogue is not necessarily dialogue that is interesting to read

    It's not realistic or interesting

    It's like

    Everyone over explains everything forever

And it's always the same, I don't care how "realistic" you're going for but people don't all talk the samex

Again I'm restricting this to Kirkman, I thought the show was just a giant piece of shit and ignored it entirely after three weeks

It is not as good as their self titled album, which is perfect and still one of my favorite albums ever, but I think it's good.

I wouldn't call it one of the best of the year though. It's in my top 30, maybe even 20, but not even in the top 10, and this is coming from a huge Blink fan.

tAntimatter: Hot Sauce Committee Pt 2 is one of those albums that is perfect to listen to completely once.

It's a great album, don't get me wrong, one of their best, but I don't believe it's one of those albums where you can listen to it start to finish repeatedly. Some of the songs on there are absolutely fantastic, but the whole thing just loses the magic once you listen to it completely the first time.

I thought I had read The Walking Dead and found it terrible, but browsing a synopsis maybe I was confusing it with another zombie-apocalypse graphic novel because some of the parts I hated weren't there. But then some of it seemed familiar.

I'm going to go with 'meh'.

    I haven't seen the show.

i didn't realize source code would top anybody's list

it was very good and quite enjoyable, but it suffered in my mind because it came out less than a year after inception, and after i saw it i couldn't help compare it to that movie

i came to the conclusion that i will probably watch inception many times in my life, but i had no desire to see source code again

Living in Texas, I'm exposed to all kinds of delicious beef BBQ.

However, visiting Columbus, Georgia recently, we went to this hole in the wall called Brennan Road BBQ. Best freaking pulled pork and pork ribs I have had in my life.

Favorite movie so far this year would probably be Sherlock Holmes
I was literally shaking I was so happy watching it

Favorite TV show has been Parks and Recreation
Someone here described it as 30 minutes of everyone hugging
I can't imagine how that could be construed as a bad thing

Favorite game is definitely Batman though I have not played Skyrim or The Old Republic yet

Bastion fucking rules. Maybe not GOTY but I've certainly never played a game that could tell a story better. I really hope those developers are at work on a new game in the same style.
