Your most important decision regarding your town is not the name, but rather the layout. Do not be afraid to continually restart 11+ times to get an ideal layout. Some factors to consider:
- ReTail Location: Retail is your primary site for selling items, and your Turnip depot. The two ideal spots for ReTail are either by the train station, or by the dock. The Train station is beneficial since visitors have quick access for selling turnips. The dock is beneficial for selling island beetles. Try to decide which you shall do more often, and then try to generate a town with a ReTail in that location.
- River shape: The main division in your town occurs via the river. Decide how you want your town organized, and then generate a river pattern that compliments this structure. Do you want an even north and south, a very small cutout, a long or short river?
- Bridges: Consider where you will put bridges. Remember that you are limited to three.
- Waterfall access: Some fish only spawn in the waterfall. Ensure that your town has a fishable waterfall location.
- Beach access: Try to avoid generating inaccessible beaches. Either one long strip, or two strips with ramp access is preferable.
- Neighbor Homes: If you want your neighbors consolidated, or spread out, keep this in mind.
Perfect Fruit: Each town starts with one hanging on a tree. Bank it in your train locker until you learn "safe" places to plant trees (where houses won't get dropped on them, or where they'll wither).

Daily Chores
Shake all the trees in your town. You will usually find ~1k in coins, 0-2 pieces of furniture, and there are five bees in the trees every day. They each sell for 2,500 bells, with the hives selling for 500 bells.
Hit all the rocks in town with your shovel. There is a money rock and a gem rock every day. Pro tip: Dig holes all around you before you hit the rock so that you don't slide backwards if it's a money rock
Buy everything in Nookington Junction/any upgraded version. The upgrades for the store is based on how much money you spend / items you buy from them. This includes the fortune cookie. Clean those raccoons out!
Dig up anything you see buried. You will always find four fossils everyday. Some days you will find 3 Gyroids(crazy wood guys) buried as well, or pitfalls seeds. All of these items are fairly rare(pitfalls are great for annoying neighbors or trolling your friends) and valuable!
Buy out the flower shop every day. Buying 50 saplings will get you a Gold Axe. Buy 50 flowers and you get a silver watering can.
Check Tom Nook's House store. There may be a unique house upgrade for the path/fence/roof/housestyle that wasn't there the day before
BUY OUT the Abel Sisters store for new clothing/accessories. You never know when your perfect Jack the ripper look can be completed.
Check your beaches for unique items/rare shells. Mysterious items and/or persons can wash up on your shores!
Check Retail for turnip prices, new furniture, and special prices. If an item is on the chalkboard out front Reese will pay double for it!
Go to the island. The medal store gets updated daily, as well as new selection of tours every day
Donate new fossils/fish/bugs/sea-creatures to Blathers.
Talk to all of your villagers! Often you can get hard to find furniture pieces from interactions with villagers. Try and carry furniture/fish/bugs with you as they will often want to trade or buy what you have
Go swimming in the ocean and find that scallop! Pascal is an otter who will ask for the scallop you find. He gives you an item from the sea collection which is hard to find!
Try and build a new public works project every day. It may be hard to find the funds, but the bigger and better projects are unlocked later on. However, some public works will decrease your town's overall rating and so make it harder for you to achieve perfect town status.
Go into your villagers' house when they're home and look in their closet. Sometimes they will give you a random item.
Talk to Sable! After a while you'll get her to be friends with you and she'll let you use the QR machine so you can share patterns.*
Water all your flowers. This may sounds tedious but it builds villager satisfaction, and it regrows the grass beneath them though, as well as making them more likely to hybridize the next day.
Talk to Brewster everyday (The Roost Cafe) If you go and get coffee their everyday for a while, he'll eventually offer you a part time job that pays pretty hefty if you do it right! Plus he gives you a coffee beans that can be put up for 9-10k bells in the flea market and other animals will buy it!
Update your Dream Suite town. You get 5000 bells every time, and it takes about 30 seconds.
I need more storage!
There are two main strategies to avoid storage problems.
Solution #1: Throw your shit out. If you keep items that cannot be ordered from the catalog, and toss out anything you can order, you will find that some storage space frees up.
Solution #2: Add more characters to your town. With one character, you have access to only 866 storage spots. By adding 3 more characters, you gain access to 2,888 inventory slots. Ensure that you are using all possible storage, and then add characters as needed.
866 Not-Clothing-Specific Storage, 1 Home:
- 16 Personal Inventory
- 10 Personal Letter Inventory
- 180 Locker
- 288 Home (48 per room) 4x Homes = 1152
- 180 Letters
- 192 Museum (48 per room)
2888 Not-Clothing-Specific Storage, 4 Homes:
- 64 Personal Inventory
- 40 Personal Letter Inventory
- 720 Locker
- 1152 Home (48 per room)
- 720 Letters
- 192 Museum (48 per room)
As promised, here is a comprehensive Halloween Guide! Feel free to skip over the guide... but please at least heed this warning. Do not wear any irreplaceable clothing the night of Halloween. I won't say anymore.
For those who want the guide, here it is! (below!)
Some helpful tips before the guide begins:
- Do not wear clothing that you cannot replace (including hats and wigs). It may be permanently transformed in the course of the evening. I chose to buy random clothes from the store and rock those all night.
- Don't bother buying candy, you'll be able to get plenty of it for free
- Don't bother buying the Spooky set of furniture. You'll also be able to get lots of this for free.
- If you forget to buy your 6 masks over the course of October, Jack will give you the option when turning in regular candy to get a mask.
Your goal: To collect Lollipops by successfully scaring villagers that are in their homes in your town. Turn said Lollipops (or Candy!) into Jack (by finding him wandering your town) throughout the night and he will reward you with Creepy or Spooky furniture (or masks if you choose).
- Turn in a Lollipop - 100% Chance to get Creepy Furniture from the set (non-orderable)
- Tun in Candy - about a 50/50 Chance to either get a piece of Creepy Furniture or Spooky Furniture (or a 100% chance to get a mask if you choose)
1. When you log in (or the clock strikes for Halloween night to begin) you'll get the normal message for a holiday. Half-ish of your town will begin walking around wearing costumes. You know they are your villagers because they have non-bright orange colored pumpkins on their heads. Once you start talking to them, the nameplate will also have their name... (real sneaky, I know!) They will try to stop you if they see you run by. If you stop and they catch up to you, the conversation will be force started, once it starts there's no going back You can outrun them if you so choose, they give up shortly after you bail. If you speak to one of them, here's what you can expect:
- They will ask you for a piece of candy. You have two choices. You can give them candy. If you do this, they will tell you a secret about a townsperson who is in their home (that you want to scare) See Image1 below. This is good if you don't want to use the online guides about what mask scares which villager. If you choose no, they will challenge you to a mini game (Charades or Rock, Paper, Scissors). If you win, you get a piece of regular Candy. If you lose and are not wearing a hat or a mask, they will put a pumpkin on your head that matches what they are wearing See Image2 below. If you are wearing a hat, they will transform 1 piece of clothing into a "Patched" clothing piece (doesn't change masks). See Image3 below. If everything you have on is transformed and you have a pumpkin head, they will give you an "old wall" or "old floor" See Image3 (just pretend that's a neighbor giving me the wall/floor)below. Image1
Image2
Image3
2. Visit your neighbors wearing the appropriate mask that will scare them most.
If you're successful, well, I'll be honest, it's pretty funny. They will immediately award you with a Lollipop. You can only get 1 Lollipop per night/per resident, even if you TT throughout the day and come back earlier/later. They will instead just give you candy.
If you're unsuccessful... they will laugh at you and mock you and then challenge you to a game. Same games as outdoor residents. You win, they give you Candy, lose they do the same thing as the outdoor residents.
THE GOOD NEWS! If you fail to scare them properly, you can exit the house and come back. You may do this as many times as you choose.
3. Finally! The rewards! You must find Jack! This is Jack!
Jack is short and has a bright orange (normal) colored pumpkin on his head. He will wander at various places throughout the town. Once you go in a building or speak with him, he will poof to a new area in town. He is kind enough to at least visit the same locations over and over (as long as you don't shut down the game, because then his locations will be different). He will ask you for candy. You can:
- Give him Lollipops or Candy (really in your best interest!) And he will give you the rewards I outlined at the beginning.
- Or you can refuse (or if you have none) and he will simply play a prank on you by doing what the villagers do you if you lose (outlined above).
Random things I learned:
- If you save the game and log back in, or you log out and TT to a different time of day, you can get different villagers in their homes so you can more easily get the Creepy set of furniture.
- Have multiple characters? Why of course you can log them in and rinse and repeat everything you've just done for more furniture.
- OMG, have a garbage can in your home. You would not believe the rediculous prices that they want at Re-Tail to toss out your extra "old floor" or "old walls."
- The pumpkin heads given to you by villagers (there appear to be 4 different colors) are non-reorderable. They do catalog though! Completionists anyone?
- Jack's pumpkin head IS orderable.
- the "old floor" and "old walls" are not catalogable and you cannot order them of course. If you want a crappy looking room, keep 'em! (see photo below of what they look like installed).
- Have a full inventory? The villagers will keep their candy/trick item they were going to give you.
- The "Patched" clothing that your clothes are transformed into, are not catalogable. So be sure to get the whole set while you can (hat, shirt, pants, shoes)
- I am sorry to say I did not get to test what Halloween looks like when you have a visitor. It was late so no one was online.
- I may edit this, so feel free to check this again. If I forgot something (which is entirely plausible) I will update it!

Here's how I do it:
Load my character, make a round trip in town for a villager to spot me [Usually 1-2 rounds] and make sure I have no money or items on my bag.
If a villager spots me for some random stuff I'll go save and quit and make a round again 'til they make a project request. [ You need to bury or sell the item if you're given that or it'll add on to their request
Can definitely confirm that this works. Every time you save and quit a new batch of villagers are deemed "Active" (out in the main village). They're all found relatively close to their houses, and one of the five available will almost definitely BING for you, if not immediately, then after a few passes of the town. Seems like a bing is more likely the more villagers you have out that weren't out BEFORE the last save and quit. I've gotten 10 bings in 15 minutes doing this.
1) Make a new character.
2) Run over to campground.
3) If the tent isn't there or it's an undesirable villager that's inside the tent, reset without saving; if it's a good character inside the tent, get them to come to the village, then save.
4) Delete the new character after saving.
5) Tomorrow, or whenever campers move in, create a new villager to see whether or not that camper has moved into a desirable house location. If not, reset without saving; if so, save.
6) Delete the new character after saving.
Camper villagers move in two days after they are asked. Neighbors from other towns move in one day after asked. When you know that a villager will move in...
Set your time to the day the villager will move in, after 6 a.m.
Create a New Save File / new town resident.
Go through the introductory whatnot on the train.
When you arrive in town, run through the town to find where the new home is located.
If you like where the home is located
Save the game.
Log out.
Log in as your Mayor character.
Save.
Now you may delete the new character you created
If you do not like where the home is located, then exit the game, and try again with a new save file. If you quit without saving on a new character, resetti will not yell at you when you log in on another character.
Hybrids are special coloured flowers that you can't find blooming randomly in the wild or purchase from Leif. They sell for a lot more than regular coloured flowers. Their monetary value isn't why people usually breed them, though—it's for the glory of getting those rare colours, and blanketing your town in them! :P
There are a lot of guides online for how to grow hybrids, and a good deal of the information is contradictory. To try and avoid adding more false info to the pool, everything below is something I've tested in my own game unless I mark it as a theory/speculation. The most helpful section, in my opinion, is #7.
1) How do I start breeding flowers?
If placed beside each other, two flowers of a similar species have a chance of spawning a new flower overnight. "Beside" means that the two flowers are either touching each other on one side, OR that they are diagonally spaced from each other (e.g. their corners are touching—see below picture). There must be a space nearby for the new flower to spawn.
It is more effective to place flowers diagonally from each other as opposed to in rows, because placing them that way creates more spaces for a new flower to spawn (twelve instead of ten). This means that the ideal way to lay out your flower breeding field would be a checkerboard sort of pattern:
You do not need to place flowers like this in order to start breeding them; if you want to place them in rows, go ahead.
Note: Jacob's Ladders, dandelions and gold roses do not breed this way, so don't bother trying. :P
2) How do I get rare coloured flowers?
Firstly, consult a hybrid table to see which two coloured flowers you should place beside each other. Some species are available in one colour, while others are not. For instance, there are no blue tulips, but there are blue roses. Again, the two flowers you breed together have to be from the same species.
Let me also stress the following point: there is more than one way to get any hybrid flower.
The easiest way to get any colour is by breeding two parents of that colour. For instance, if you have two purple roses, they have a large chance of producing purple offspring. This does not help if you are starting from scratch, with no purple roses at all, but it is helpful to keep in mind for the future. This also explains why you will end up with common coloured children when you breed common coloured parents.
Child flowers retain information on what colours its parents were. That means if you use a red rose and a yellow rose to breed an orange rose, and you then breed that orange rose with another orange rose, the resulting children can be red roses, yellow roses, or orange roses. In theory, this means that if you want hybrids to consistently produce hybrid children, you should breed hybrids that have hybrid parents themselves (e.g. an orange rose with orange parents will likely breed more orange roses consistently than an orange rose with red and yellow parents).
3) Okay, but give me a colour breeding chart!
There are a variety of colour charts out there, but due to the problems above it's difficult to track and prove what flowers will produce which hybrids.
The most dependable and straightforward guide I've found on hybrid colours is here Liquefy's Gamefaqs guide (see section 65), even though it does not cover every possible combination. I've tested and had successful results for each one of those colours save for blue roses and purple pansies (more on them in a second).
Here is Liquefy's hybrid chart in full:
Pink Tulips = Red Tulips + White Tulips
Orange Tulips = Red Tulips + Yellow Tulips
Black Tulips = Red Tulips + Red Tulips
Purple Tulips = Orange Tulips + Orange Tulips
Pink Cosmos = Red Cosmos + White Cosmos
Orange Cosmos = Red Cosmos + Yellow Cosmos
Black Cosmos = Orange Cosmos + Orange Cosmos
Orange Pansies = Red Pansies + Yellow Pansies
Blue Pansies = White Pansies + White Pansies
Red Pansies* = Blue Pansies + Red Pansies
Purple Pansies = Red Pansies* + Red Pansies*
(It seems that you need Red Pansies that have spawned from Blue Pansies in
order to spawn Purple Pansies.)
Orange Pansies* = Blue Pansies + Orange Pansies
Purple Pansies = Orange Pansies* + Orange Pansies*
(It also seems that you need Orange Pansies that have spawned from Blue Pansies
in order to spawn Purple Pansies.)
Pink Roses = Red Roses + White Roses
Pink Roses = Red Roses + Red Roses
Orange Roses = Red Roses + Yellow Roses
Purple Roses = White Roses + White Roses
Black Roses = Red Roses + Red Roses
Red Roses* = Orange Roses + Purple Roses
Blue Roses = Red Roses* + Red Roses*
(It seems that you need Red Roses that have spawned from Orange Roses and
Purple Roses in order to spawn Blue Roses.)
Pink Lilies = Red Lilies + White Lilies
Orange Lilies = Red Lilies + Yellow Lilies
Black Lilies = Red Lilies + Red Lilies
Blue Violets = Purple Violets + White Violets
White Carnations = Red Carnations + Pink Carnations
Thonky's guide and the Bidoofcrossing guide have errors or are not entirely clear on some points, but they are useful in exploring alternative combos and are respectively available for viewing here and here.
Note: there are various theories on whether or not Leif-purchased seeds are needed to produce hybrid flowers. I did not find that to be the case; a lot of my original flowers were grabbed from the island tour games.
4) What if I've got just one special coloured flower and I want more of that colour? What's the easiest way to get more?
The general rule is to stick it beside its parents and hope that it increases the chances of spawning more of its kind. For instance, if you have one pink tulip, stick it beside a red tulip or a white one; the chances of getting another pink tulip are higher than just breeding red and white ones by themselves. See the Bidoofcrossingchart for good combinations to try.
5) Special exception hybrids:
Gold roses: easy to produce. The simplest way is to breed two red roses until they spawn a black rose baby. Then, wait for the black rose to dry out (turn greyish). Water that dried out black rose with a gold watering can, and it will be gold by the next day. I suggest that you grow a bunch of black roses before you start turning any gold, however; gold roses are unable to breed. On the plus side, they are also unable to wilt.
Blue roses: more complicated. The general belief is that you first have to get purple (white x white) and orange (red x yellow) roses, and then breed those together to get special red roses. You'd then breed those special red roses to get a blue rose. Yes, it's multi-stage breeding! I've only gotten up to the special red rose stage; those have not resulted in a blue rose for me yet, but I'll keep all of you updated.
Purple pansies: more complicated. Breed two white pansies to get a blue baby. Theories then vary on whether you breed that blue baby with a red pansy or if you are supposed to breed it with an orange pansy (obtained by breeding red x yellow), but both theories are consistent in saying that you should then take the resulting offspring and breed them to get a purple pansy. My guess is that both theories work; I've gotten both what I assume to be special red and special orange pansies, which I am waiting to spawn purple pansies. I'll keep everyone updated.
One thing to be very careful about if you're breeding blue roses or purple pansies: keep those special orange/red pansies or special red roses separate from your regular orange or red flowers! The worst thing is losing track of where the special flowers are, or to forget whether a particular flower is special or not. There is no way to distinguish between a special and a regular flower, save for the fact that one breeds those dreamy blue or purple offspring and one does not.
6) Where should I put these flower patches?
Flowers can grow on the beach, and the beach is the ideal location to put your breeding patches for the following reasons:
- animals will not build on the beach; you run the risk of a new villager building their home over your flowers if you plant them elsewhere
- save for a few areas (usually around the ramp down to the ocean), animals do not usually wander around on the beach and won't water or plant unwelcome new flowers near your patches (they do plant new flowers in New Leaf!). This fact makes it super important to do the middle stages of purple pansy or blue rose planting in the remotest areas of your beach. You don't want to be guessing at whether that red rose in your purple x orange rose patch is a special red rose or a regular one some terrible villager placed there. Just don't forget to water these out of the way flowers. :P
- fossils, gyroids, weeds and lost items do not spawn on the beach, meaning you won't lose spaces to them each day (not that they eat up that much space on regular land, but every bit can matter)!
If you do want to breed flowers on regular land, I'd recommend that you play it safe and grow rare ones only right beside buildings or public works projects. This means that there is less free space for babies to spawn, but it also means you won't wake up one morning to find your flowers paved over.
7) How do I improve the chances of getting the hybrid I want?
- water the flowers that you want to breed
- don't water the flowers that you don't want to breed, as that will improve their chances of spawning and reduce the chances of other hybrids. Only a handful of baby flowers spawn each day. This policy applies to flowers that have no space nearby to produce offspring as well. (My guess is that so long as one flower is adjacent to another flower of the same species, it joins the daily roulette; if it is selected as one of the breeding pairs of the day, the game will try to generate a child flower, fail to find a space, and then fail to produce a flower, ultimately still ruining another pair's chances.) The beautiful town ordinance will help you keep unwatered flowers alive, or you can just go around daily and water the wilted ones. Your call!
- try to reduce the amount of flowers in your town in general, or at least the ones beside flowers of the same species that you don't want to breed. Again, that includes flowers without spaces nearby to produce offspring, as they appear to be counted in the daily roulette as well. Note: I don't mean you should be pruning all but a half dozen flowers in your town or anything like that--just don't overload your town in excess flowers. For reference, I started off with about 300 flowers in town. Pruning that number down to about 100 helped to increase chances of hybrids breedings.
- use fertilizer, purchased at the T&T Emporium. Bury it beside the parents you want to breed. This does not guarantee a rare colour baby (it doesn't even guarantee that a new flower will spawn at all), but it somewhat improves your chances. Included below is the image of an ideal layout of where to bury your fertilizer. I would consider clearing all the other spots around those four flowers touching the fertilizer so that there is optimal space for them to spawn a hybrid.
8) Does placing jacob's ladders beside flowers improve their chances of spawning offspring?
This is a common rumour but I really haven't seen its effect in practice at all. There's not much harm in trying so if you would like, but keep in mind that it eats up a potential space for a child flower to spawn.
9) Does the beautiful town ordinance help with breeding hybrids?
It helps by ensuring that flowers you don't water will survive, meaning that you can focus purely on watering the ones you want to breed to improve their chances. I do not believe it creates a higher chance of obtaining rare hybrids each day, or anything like that, but I have not personally observed the conditions under the perfect town ordinance. (Pluck your daily weeds for the weed plucking badge!)
Feel free to ask additional questions or point out corrections/additions.
My town has been weird lately. I got a camper three days in a row (when it's really no use to me due to having 10 villagers, one of which I want to move out), whereas Katrina hasn't shown up for three weeks and Redd has been gone for two, I think.
@urahonky I added you to my friend code list to give you the ramshackle wall (I also ordered you a theremin which hopefully will be delivered in half an hour. @_J_ next time you're open I have five more balloons for you.
I didn't think I had gone anywhere yesterday, but I got a streetpass. Did anyone else get one from Ray from Joyo? If that was a spotpass house, he has eight balloons in his upstairs room. If not, I got five more balloons I didn't have which I can start ordering.

Any and all help is always appreciated. My goal is to eventually offer all of the non-orderables (Gracie included) for the touch-only section of Omnar2.
Two Sahara visits in a row where she just gives me normal shop orderable decorations for both wall and floor.
This is not how it is meant to go camel!
This is one of many good reasons to have 2 mule accounts in a town. When Sahara appears, I get 3 shots at a unique wall / floor.
We do not have 3 mules, because we need an open slot for the new-neighbor home "exploit".
What is this "exploit" you speak of?
The ones in OP4, under Tips and Tricks. Camper reset, and new villager home location.
Thanks! It's a good OP. Very thorough. I'll be sure to check there first next. I'm just super happy that I won't ever have an animal move into my orchard again.

Is handy. You do not *have* to use that method, but if you just reset with a main character Resetti will be pissed. Creating a new character is a handy way around Resetti.
Thanks to numerous contributions, I only need 5 more balloons to complete the set.

If anyone has extras, or HHA homes from which they can be ordered, I would appreciate donations / exchanges for bells or whatnot.
The HHA showcase house everyone should have gotten, Ray from Joyo, has a pink balloon. I just got a heart y. balloon a couple days ago but I haven't set it up to order yet. And I just put a bunny y balloon in your town, I thought?
Since we're on page 1, folks may actually look through the OPs. If anyone notices that a site they regularly use, a helpful strat, or an informative image is not included in an OP, please @ me and I shall add it.

You put a bunny non-y in my town. I think it was either orange or blue...
I shall check Ray's house tomorrow, when I can order again.
Different topic: I need the following from the Green series to complete my collection: counter, drawer, lamp, wardrobe. I also need probably two more emeralds. I can trade some gold ore, or money, or lots of other things that are orderable. (Seriously, ever since I've been looking for emeralds, I've been getting gold every day. Ridiculous.)
Hauky, I can check to see if I have any green things for you. And I'm sure I have emeralds you can trade. I wouldn't mind having a gold nugget or two. I haven't had much luck getting them.

I has plenty of emeralds, and want gold ore. If mare cannot hook you up, I can.
Today must've been Fashion Check day because I got my third. Today's theme was Iconic. This was my outfit:
The most god-awful thing I have ever worn. Fuzzy Hat(? I think it's called this), Hero's Clothes, Imperial Pants, Argyle Socks and Tropical Sandals.
Got a Sweets Bed anyway. Ain't even care.
Also, I'm (slowly) starting to organize my house now that I'm not beholden to anyone for its appearance, exterior or interior, but myself, so I decided to clear out things. I don't want the Striped Set (It's partial), the Polka-Dot Set (Full but for lack of Wallpaper/Carpet) or the Minimalist Set (All there, Neutral Carpet/Wall). I -could- of course, just keep the stuff and sell it one-by-one in the Flea Market, but I already have a ridiculous inventory and I don't play enough day-to-day to really go through it (Or rather, I don't run into Re-Tail enough) so I figured I'd just give it away.
I would prefer that the people taking any of these sets actually -want- them, and aren't just grabbing them to sell themselves, but in all honesty, I don't really care. So if anyone wants them, just let me know so I can add you and open the gates. First-come, first-serve to keep it fair.
And I have to ask one other thing: I have a lot of stuff strewn around on the ground in my town from clearing out my house to stage it for the Theme Challenge and I just haven't scrounged up enough effort to bring it back in or sort it in any way. So if you want to catalog that stuff, that's fine, but please don't take it. Just the stuff right by the big, obvious "Free Stuff" sign, please.
Just wanted to let you all know I'll have my town open for most of the night, but most likely be AFK.
Perfect peaches are at a premium in ReTail, Turnips are at a sad 108. The Wizard predicts I'll get a spike in the morning, which will do no one but me any good.

In exchange for your gold ores, I will order everything remaining for your Green series tomorrow. Or however many golds you think that is worth.

I just spent all my HHA purchases on the new home everybody got to further expand my catalog.
However, when I TT to the next day and collect them, I'll happily hit up my streetpass of Omnar2 to get all of those that I can, and I'll @ you about it.
If anybody has anything that isn't furniture that they want me to order (or really, anything and I'll just have to check my catalog for the furniture), hit me up in a PM, and I'll get back to you asap with an order confirmation.
My goal is to be your source for item collection so that you can customize your house and outfit to whatever you want. ^_^
Alright well I couldn't find anything besides a green dresser. I must have misremembered because I found a lot of blue things. And it sounds like everyone else has emeralds covered.
I had two Scorpions today. The first walked right past my feet! Completely ignored me and then did a U-turn right into the river.
The second one walked into Stonehenge and FADED OUT OF EXISTENCE before my very eyes!

Getting Started
Town Layout

I need more storage!

My town has been weird lately. I got a camper three days in a row (when it's really no use to me due to having 10 villagers, one of which I want to move out), whereas Katrina hasn't shown up for three weeks and Redd has been gone for two, I think.

Thanks! It's a good OP. Very thorough. I'll be sure to check there first next. I'm just super happy that I won't ever have an animal move into my orchard again.

If anyone has extras, or HHA homes from which they can be ordered, I would appreciate donations / exchanges for bells or whatnot.
Is handy. You do not *have* to use that method, but if you just reset with a main character Resetti will be pissed. Creating a new character is a handy way around Resetti.
The HHA showcase house everyone should have gotten, Ray from Joyo, has a pink balloon. I just got a heart y. balloon a couple days ago but I haven't set it up to order yet. And I just put a bunny y balloon in your town, I thought?

You put a bunny non-y in my town. I think it was either orange or blue...
I shall check Ray's house tomorrow, when I can order again.

Different topic: I need the following from the Green series to complete my collection: counter, drawer, lamp, wardrobe. I also need probably two more emeralds. I can trade some gold ore, or money, or lots of other things that are orderable. (Seriously, ever since I've been looking for emeralds, I've been getting gold every day. Ridiculous.)
Thanks! You are best!
But I'll have to check after dinner.

I has plenty of emeralds, and want gold ore. If mare cannot hook you up, I can.
Edit: I have 10 emeralds. How many do you want?
Perfect peaches are at a premium in ReTail, Turnips are at a sad 108. The Wizard predicts I'll get a spike in the morning, which will do no one but me any good.

Just because we're arrogant, doesn't mean we're (completely) evil.
In exchange for your gold ores, I will order everything remaining for your Green series tomorrow. Or however many golds you think that is worth.

Does anyone have a pair of moldy shorts or pants? I got a moldy shirt for Serf but don't want him running around in his boxers.
Yelling at butts will never NOT be funny. Thanks, Psy!
Also, Abby is awesome. Keep up with TLH because it's the tits!
I love League of Legends, but seriously...screw you, Teemo.
