IIRC, you know how the movie is a heist flick without the heist? Just the planning, the aftermath, etc?
The game fills in what the movie didn't show. You play out the heist as they go wrong, etc.
edit: It might be one of those weird mid 00s movie based games that was consulted on or written by the original writer, making it partially canon. Sorta like how that The Thing game was written by John Carpenter, and so for all the crazy shit that happens in it, it's technically canon.
It completely is but on the other hand the amount of text they must have written for all the existing affinities has to be astonomical.
I can see someone at some point just realizing that every character added who linked to everyone else increased the amount of writing to insane degrees.
didn't get any emails with a code in it, and I wanted to try it, so I searched "Destiny Code" on twitter and got one, there are so many codes out there I don't even know why they don't just put a free download button on the PS store.

Even if the game ending is silly.
Huh.
That isn't something that appeals to me, to be honest
I really dig the fact that the movie doesn't show the heist
Did a quick check of everything that was at the press conferences that interested me, personally
Coming for PC
Ori and the Blind Forest, Cuphead, Mighty No. 9, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Valiant Hearts: The Great War, The Talos Principle, No Man's Sky, Mortal Kombat X, Batman: Arkham Knight,
Probably on PC
Inside, Star Wars: Battlefront, Grim Fandango
Not coming for PC
Super Ultra Dead Rising 3' Arcade Remix Hyper Edition EX Plus Alpha (Xbox One), Crackdown (Xbox One), Destiny (Everything but PC), Yoshi's Wooly World (WiiU), Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker (WiiU) Zelda (WiiU), Kirby and the Rainbow Curse (WiiU), Mario Maker (WiiU)
So, basically, PC is going to be my console of choice for this E3's showing. Though I may want to look into getting a WiiU at some point.
I can hardly remember my first play through but I shipped mu with maribelle with the thought of "well this girl hates me, lets see what happens"(indecent propositions if you were wondering)
My Fire Emblem shipping grid in no particular order
Avatar/Chrom (this was a tiny bit generic and the thread would have me believe they get good married dialogue but I haven't seen much yet)
Olivia/Kellam (liked this, it was sweet)
Tharja/Henry (not finished yet, boring so far)
Maribelle/Ricken (I liked this pairing a lot. They are a really good fit)
Frederick/Panne (Another good ship. An unlikely couple, but a surprisingly good fit)
Cherche/Lon'qu (Sweet couple.)
Donnel/Nowi (Donnel is eh and Nowi is 100% annoying but I like Donnel and Nah's family dynamic and Nah is now God)
Sully/Vaike (Too obvious a fit. Wasn't super interesting, but alright enough)
Cordelia/????
Lissa/????
Sumia/????
Miriel/????
I don't really know who I'm going to pair with the last four. All of them except Sumi are under level 10 so it'd take some work. I regret choosing Maribelle over Lissa as my healer because the extra range didn't really help any and Lissa is a way better character. Still, the Ricken/Maribelle romance was sweet enough to make up. Even though my Ricken leveled up like garbage and is totally unusable now.
Looks like my options with Sumia are super limited. It might be interesting for Tharja and Henry to break up before tying the knot, but poor Sumia probably deserves better. Henry is super, super annoying in combat. Gaius is the only other option left and I don't really like him much either.
The kids I've encountered are all kind of cool. My Nah is insanely powerful, and also a good character. Cherche and Lon'qu's bright little angel is hilarious. Lucina is my favorite character. Morgan is a one note pony character wise, but powerful.
can you imagine your mom calling you a one-note character
rude as HECK
Listen his little strategy duel he had going on with me was cute but it didn't really go anywhere else. I expect nothing but writing of the finest prose from my children.
I haven't finished his affinity with Chrom, but that also just seems to be variations of getting Morgan to remember his father. New scene, new memory method. It's eh, so far.
Might try him and Lucina next though, that could be neat!

henry gets around I see
Let me say for the record that setting up Ricken with Miriel felt super wrong, but that is the price I pay.
Oh dear
no I set Ricken up with Nowi, not Henry. I just forgot what Ricken's name was.

I've actually been thinking of starting an SE++ Super Smash Bros thread
Is that something that would actually gain any traction, you guys think?
@Langly are you still stuck?
