I watched PRs from the very beginging but my last Power Rangers was Light speed Rescue... aparently I stopped watching at the wrong time becase the next group of rangers had A FUCKING TALKING WOLF AS A RANGER!?

also why are there 2 sets of samurai rangers? one with a girl as red leader (awesome btw) and one with a dude as red leader?
Haven't heard people saying either sentence a lot.

Sometimes if theres an extra cool fight scene that doesn't make it over I'll go look it up but for the most part that really doesn't bother me
The Rangers in S.P.D. are the secondary squad or B-Squad, given morphers when the A-Squad went missing. At the end of the season, it turned out the A-Squad joined the series' top villain.
His nickname is Hell's Guard Dog. While the regular team is numbered 1-10, he's fucking 100. I love the badass mentor or wise old leader type, who only put down their tea and set aside their cane and hat when shit is getting really serious.

SPD's version of that scene was handled pretty well too if you go back a few pages in this thread and check it out in the comparison video I linked showing off it and the source material's takes side by side.
Also, which season was it that had a ranger who became one via stolen tech? I remember one guy had some box that he'd acquired without the rangers' permission and became one on his own.
Someone linked me to the Goseiger/Gokaiger movie (or something? I don't know much about it. It seems like the end of Goseiger and the start of Gokaiger. I really need to watch Gokaiger.) where the first 10 minutes are just a giant fight between an army of mooks and every single sentai member ever. All the 6th ranger members who aren't exactly rangers (Like the female Shinken Red, and that dude from Galaxy with horns) have their own fight in a forest while everyone else fights in a glorious rainbow. I don't really want to link it here, since the forum frowns on full movie links on youtube but holy shit it's amazing. Just the first 10 minutes alone need to be seen for the sheer brilliance of it.
