I'm happy that the right comic won but I think AXM finishing under ASS will forever rankle me.

bale if you had voted AXM first it would have finished ahead of ASS and USM would have still won

anyways the biggest injustice is that nextwave finished ahead of runaways

I'm not torn up about it but Runaways finished surprisingly low.

If I had had ten votes it certainly would have made it onto mine, I just couldnt find a place for it.

I agonized enough over not being able to fit UXF on there.

I don't think runaways has very good legs

I pretty much just like the first arc

That vote was ridiculously hard and by the time you finally picked your five and submitted it took approximately 2 seconds before you went " Wait , Shit, ##title was on the list, did I vote that? what did I even vote AUGH this was so hard"

Yeah I kind of feel like Runaways fell apart after the first arc and never really recovered.

I am completely satisfied with my choices in that vote, and I'm also pretty okay(and unsurprised) with how the whole thing turned out.

Still not sure how She-Hulk and Angela ended up on the list since they only got two noms that I could see, but woop woop!

I bumped a number of comics with only two nominations onto the list. It's what I was talking about when I said "it's entirely my fault that there are 40 entries"

I feel like they just tore a character right out of 90210 or Melrose Place and dumped her into The Flash in the form of Iris.

I wonder if they're waiting to see how Ant-Man pans out; maybe to see how to make sure they don't look like a knockoff. or to see what works and reproduce it.

Alternatively, it'll just be a big "Fuck Yeah!" moment in the finale.

I think the DCTVU has gone past "aping what Marvel does"

...Ray blatantly being Iron Man aside, that is.

Ray is Iron Ant, but soon enough they'll run into someone who somehow can constantly get into close range on Ray, so they train him in melee combat and give him a Hammer and a Shield

Given that Patti Jenkins wanted to make Thor super dark

I'm not really psyched about that choice

Hopefully the WW movie will be appropriate enough for a 12/13 year old when it comes out, but I'm not holding my breath. My niece and nephew WANT to like DC characters, but I'm basically limited to reprints and the DCAU. I can't hand my 11 year old nephew a Batman comic where Joker has cut his own face off and wears it like a mask.

Though leaving a Marvel production over creative differences doesn't necessarily mean you are a bad director.

Well, knowing them she would have shown up on a "next time on AoS" but really would have rather been pleasently surprised to see her again when I wasn't expecting it.

    Loki

    holy shit Loki this week
He did it. He finally broke the cycle.

Loki, God of Lies is dead. Long live Loki, God of Stories.

I'm definitely excited to see what this means, but the last page has me somewhat concerned.
Specifically that he's looking somehat more menacing than normal, when his new role in theory should be friendlier than his old one. That may just be my interpretation though.
This kind of makes me think of Anansi Boys

Loki is Tiger in this scenario
