    I still have my old copy of Odin sphere on Ps2.

    I.. i can't not buy the new one even if it is just a remastering the game is GOOD.

    Or import it if you have a PSP laying around to rip the thing. It's even easier now that Amazon.jp ships internationally.

    With the huge success of VC on Steam and recent conversion of the game for PS4, I expect we'll see the sequels released sooner or later in the U.S.

    Man, between the MCU, DCEU, Godzilla/Kong, Universal Monsters and this, I'm already sick of cinematic universes.

    The Men in Black/21 Jump Street universe is the only one I approve of.

My PS3 went tits up before i could beat it, though.

    I finally got around to playing the Grand Kingdom beta. I really like it, but it seems like a game that will infuriate me as I get further in. I'm not going to do that to myself.

    But if you like strategy games, RPGs, and NIS titles, it seems pretty awesome.

    Nah, the original game is TERRIBLE at explaining its mechanics. Not your fault. I hated it with a passion for many reasons, but YMMV.

    The dirty looks i got when i loaded up the game into Kainé's little introduction speech still make me giggle.

    Sadly Drakengard 3 doesn't have quite anything as catchy from a cold boot. Though murdering the introduction narrator is amusing.

    Legend of Korra didn't really reflect how good Bayonetta 2 was, did it? I wouldn't really worry too much about it, the problem is that Activision's low budget games are super low budget (not just the Platinum ones either, look at Tony Hawk 5), not that Platinum have lost their touch.

    And besides, so long as Taro Yoko and Keiichi Okabe are still in involved, I doubt the story or music will let us down and they're where NieR really excelled.

    Any rumors on next month's psn+ games? As much as I try and think of them as free bonuses Sony does not seem to be trying. I know giving away big PS4 games will probably cost a mint but I think at this point it is time.

    Nier was a heavily flawed game, but it is still one of my favorite games of all time. I really hope they do right by Nier's legacy.

    No. this is an entirely new game that is basically a spiritual sequel to that OTHER questionable RE shooter, Operation Raccoon City.

    There's what, four games they've made using IPs they didn't create? Three super low budget Activision licensed games and Metal Gear Rising? I'd say that's pretty good. I guess there's Star Fox Zero and Guard as well but they only co-developed those games and it sounded like Nintendo were the ones mostly responsible for their design.

    I guess we'll see soon enough but I'm not really worried.

    Nope, it's a new multiplayer shooter for PS4/PC, Capcom announced it at TGS last year. Who knows if it'll be any good, the fact it's a Japanese developed Unity game isn't a good sign already but on top of that, the single player sounds pretty barebones. On the bright side, it's not full price.

    I wish Capcom hadn't abandoned MT framework. I know that maintaining an engine is a bit of a losing proposition right now, but MT framework games from the last generation have both worked well on multiple platforms and held up well over time on newer systems.

    Yeah, but from what I've been told about it, it's an absolute nightmare to actually develop with.
