Difficulty and rewards depend on your crew's ranking, can only be challenged once per day and only your crew can join. Can't tell if this means your entire crew can only fight it once or if it's once per person.
This could be either really annoying or kinda cool? I don't know, making it a light ele boss is pretty random though.

I'm thinking what makes this type of game worse than other cases of "picking fights with protagonists is unpleasant at best" is that winning means every nearby nation and god comes looking for revenge.
