I’ve been ambivalent for so long and it’s been bumming me out because, especially since she has gotten older, my daughter has developed a lot of love for Nintendo just by playing the SNES Classic. She even watches the Super Mario Bros super show.
Now that I’m confident that there will be a lot there for us, I'm really stoked
This is going to sound crazy, but you know what I would kind of like? Bundle all the StreetPass games from the 3DS into a single-player, offline bundle of games for the Switch. Some of them were actually kind of fun. I guess some things won't work the same way, but still...

She's definitely almost an echo but watching the video just now she does have enough of her own stuff I can see why they gave her her own spot
some of her moves look pretty similar but others looks totally different
like whatever the crossing guard thing was, and the water bucket
plus she's got a tether grab
she looks more different than say, roy is from marth
Oh for sure, she's definitely more unique than the old modified clone characters were
But she's still got balloons and the wiggle hydrant and the dash attak where you trip and drop something so I feel like she started as an echo and grew cause they have so many villager/AC themed move ideas and wanted to put them somewhere

final fight and 6 games that aren't final fight but still pretty good, couldn't possibly buy it any faster
It's a genre that really needs to come back. I love that they let you play local co-op with four players on it. Bringing the arcade home better than before.

I spent a lot of my babby years walking left to right fighting bad guys so this on switch is perfect
Well, let me be fair. Is Wifi ubiquitous in public in Japan? Maybe it makes sense there, given their infrastructure. Not here. I really don't want that to be a thing here.

the game with such bad combat they now let you fast forward through it, a feature it shares with Lunar: Dragon Song, one of the worst games ever made

I spent 172 hours 100%ing FFX already but I need to finish X-2.
