Raid coming up later tonight. Once you've completed Section 10 Part 1/3 you should be good to go. Boss is infamous for turning the entire playerbase into a slavering horde because it drops some very good materials and QP at rates you won't find anywhere else. It is a loot pinata with limited number of lives and everyone is gonna go ham on it.

That doesn't unlock until later tonight is the thing. 10-1 is the limit until then.
Gotta remember to turn down volume tomorrow while at work so people don't just constantly hear the sound of this dude straining in constipation every time he's killed.
Eh, I lack one Black Grail to MLB it, so while I can one turn Barbatos with my NP1 Sanzang in 80 % cases, it's not 100 %. Depending on who is on my support list, I use Sanzang and double Merlin, or Sanzang, Merlin and support Raikou lancer.
Also, I thought that Evil Bone drop if guaranteed for every kill, and it is not. My disappointment is immeasurable.
Bleh. I don't have Merlin so that seems to take out like half of the options, but I'm... over 50% 1-turning with NP2 Astraea and Waver/Skadi/Tamamo supports. She hits a little over 400k with the NP. Works for me.
Yeah, some 1-turn options depend on particular supports coming up or having an MLBed black grail handy; lacking a Merlin complicates buster strategies. That said, I'm finding Waver/Skadi to be plenty for Okita, Scathach, or Melt to demolish things with a standard BG. Even had good results with Fujino/Waver/borrowed Merlin, and I've also seen Jeannezerker recommended. She really came through back in the CCC rerun and I could see her making mulch of this thing.
On the other hand... lol god damn NP looping Kama is rude. If the break bar did do 50% NP drain I'm not sure it would have gotten many turns at all because charm lock.
In 3 days, I killed Barbatos 260 times, giving me something like 300 mln QP. Good enough for me, With 600 mln QP now I am ready for whatever summer brings.
Finished up the raid with a little over a hundred kills, or about five minutes' worth of QP. Definitely needed it though, along with the assassin gems. Wrapping up the event now, and having tried a support Gray (grailed to 90 already!) I see what AshtonDragon was talking about; she's got a real solid mix of self buffs and survival tools and handled herself well in the CQ. Actually found the boss trickier, and Jack and Summer Martha worked overtime to bring her down, though the plot support Reines was a big help too and I can't say enough nice things about her NP protecting squishier classes. Real tempted to give her one more roll while the banner is up.
Overall I dug the event. Since I'm not as familiar with the source material it's hard to gauge how well it works as a tie-in, but the whole conceit of playing with memories had a nice internal logic to it. Made for a good excuse to relive older fights - the callback to the very first fight of the game was neat - and took some respectable twists and turns along the way. I liked the bit towards the very end
when Mnemosyne catches a glimpse of Da Vinci, being reassuring in her final moments - as sometimes ridiculous a character as she can be, she's really grown on me and references to her death feel appropriately weighty in tone.
Good stuff across the board. And with that in mind, time to finish the job.

Threw my tickets at Reines before maintenance and, of all people, came away with Lanling. I'm actually okay with this, but once again we have a no-show on multiple banners who finally picks now to appear. Gacha don't care, man.

MHXX is probably next after all that though, at least to 90. Just need some more QP for 10/10/10, and she's been extremely clutch against some otherwise difficult bosses.
I was really tempted to do a bunch of rolling for Jalter, but I think I'm going to save up a bit. I want to do some rolling one one of the banners in the next Lostbelt chapter, and then save up for summer.

I'm of course going to field Triple Scathach because even if he uses the Quick debuff it's not enough to stop a oneshot under any circumstances.

Poor Illya. Monk now does even more damge than you, provides a 20% Charisma to the party now, has an 80% self charge, and doesn't self debuff.
