Cool. I'd grow a few for myself, but I don't enjoy growing berries. Especially the rare ones. They take forever and your lucky if you get two in return.

Sure. My foolproof growing strategy is to only plant the plots around Solaceon town, since I spend a lot of time there hatching eggs, it's easy to keep them well watered. I get about 5 per bush from the salac-level berries.

man, why can't I get beat the god damned tower tycoon at least once

I just had the most heart-wrenching battle ever

so I start out with infernape and he sends out milotic, I know infernape isn't really gonna do anything against his team and I'm banking on the others to pull through, so I just shoot off a quick close combat and knock maybe a third out of her hp before getting hydro pumped

and then I send out abomasnow

and first move, first turn, she hynotizes me and I proceed to not wake up for ten fucking turns until I'm dead

so my last god damned hope is mother fucking swampert, old faithful, my battle frontier buddy from emerald

so I send him out and get a crit earthquake against milotic

and I pump the fist

and then out comes rhyperior, and I waterfall him, he ice beams me, and I waterfall him again to faint

and then out comes dragonite, with swampy at something like two-thirds health

first turn dragonite dragon-whatever-attack's me, and I think, that's it, cinderella story over

but it leaves me with something like 17 health left

and I get off an ice beam

and I'm hoping and I'm praying as his bar goes down, only to see it stop in the yellow

but then

oh, then

frozen'd

oh yes

so I'm thinking to myself

holy crap am I actually going to do it, is swamp-motherfucking-ert going to sweep the god damned tower tycoon

and then it gets to next turn

dragonite goes first

thaws out

dragon fucked

lights out

game over

dreams crushed

my first 3 or so battles against him went like that, until I started specifically building my team to take his out. Rrrrgh.

I'll try not to bother you much, but I hope to have those berries back in a day or two.


Also: I HATE freezing opponents in this game. Freeze used to mean you win. No problem. But now it means nothing. I've actually frozen opponents a few times, and i've yet to see them stay frozen for more than 2 turns. That includes the turn they were frozen. I figure the next generation of Pokemon will a have a new Will-O-Wisp type move that freezes your opponent. I don't know why they haven't done it already.

also that is a very interesting question whippy


does the shedinja retain the nature and IVs and such of the nincada it came from? if so, it probably is shiny, if not, then probably not.

I know someone with one, you get a shiny ninjask. Shedninja has the same chance as any other pokemon though.
