Dropout Presents:
Any good?
Smartypants and thousandaires have both been consistently funny. Neither has hit the highs of some of the wilder gamechanger episodes, but still definitely very good.

Except Ross's. Ross's talk is fucking incredible
Okay."
Like it doesn't feel meaningful?
Also why does Sam keep looking at his hands every time he does the game changer intro HE'S STILL EVIL SAM
Fantasy High Season one or Starstruck Odyssey
Honestly would highly recommend Freshman year as an intro to the main D20 crew. It's their first time playing 5e, so their mechanical knowledge isn't great yet, but it does make their growth as players for later seasons hit even harder.
And gives you a greater appreciation when in other seasons/settings they play more against type.
Wait what?

Yeah I don't think it's a great sign that I would have been excited for another cast member way more than the person they got is a special guest.

I am BRENNAN LEE MULLIGAN
I don't think there are any bad places to start but here are my suggestions.
Fantasy High: raucous and really fun but still featuring some of my most powerful moments. This is the first season so it's a great place to get in on the ground floor. It is however fairly chaotic and some of the players don't know what they're doing if that bothers you.
A Starstruck Odyssey: easily the best season imo. Everybody is firing on all cylinders. Great gags. Great characters. The least sloggy of any DND combat. Just a great time all around.
Misfits and Magic: Short and punchy, you can finish it in a day and it's fire the whole way through. It does however lean hard on one joke so if you aren't interested in a fun and (at the time) good hearted skewering of Harry Potter.
A Crown Of Candy:The most political and serious campaign takes place in Candyland. This is a really good season for story and big powerful events.
Mentopolis and Burrows End are also just very strong seasons that are shorter but I don't have much to say about them.

Last nights was a pretty good example of that
Like I don't understand it at all, but the real housewives quotes segment is incredible
6 is too many!
Let me ask you an impossible question: which two cast members would you cut from Fantasy High?
There's minimal combat in it!
All of them. It's unwatchable to me. I have not watched more than 3 episodes.
Gimmie more Misfits and Magic sized tables
Rizz is an easy cut for me. No second thoughts. Adaine rose in my estimations a lot this season but probably still gets cut for some of the best DND character work out there.

But, but without The Ball there is no game!
Katie Marovitch's presence and tonality means that she can make reading a list of ways to prepare eggs very funny.
Also, anyone who has PFT in their audience gets a +5 funny bonus.
Also the Neverafter season of dimension 20 was great. A non sexual adult sleepover. Don't drink water!
