I don't want to start a rousing game of To Goon or Not To Goon, but I'm not a big fan of the goons in game. I know there are a lot of good people and corps in the Goonswarm but Goons also have the market cornered on the kind of behavior I don't feel like being around when I'm trying to have some fun.
On the other hand this behavior is what makes the game fun for most of us.

I went into a 0.2 system today and got chased by a big pirate, It was fun actually . I was followed through 4 stargates, then he realised we were in an 0.6 system and discovered he had better things to be doing than chasing a little destroyer

EVE is basically the only multiplayer game I play atm.
Speaking of skill training; i want to level Infomorph Psychology from 4 to 5 but other skills are drawing me away. But dammit i want that extra Jump Clone.
I've got:
1 for Delve 0.0 pvp with some minor fitting implants
1 for empire pvp with moderately priced attribute implants
1 for empire long weekend breaks pimped out with +5's
1 for GFFL ops out East with none or minor fitting implants
and i'd like to keep one more empty one to pod jump around in, but training up to 5 is a lot of :effort:
100 mil ain't so bad. At the moment I've sorta been alternating a day with +5s in empire and a day with none in delve. Would be nice to be able to stay on a clone i can earn isk with without adding days to my training times.

Do you know anyone who sells +3 implants on corp contracts in Delve?
Someone has a nice order form to import said things like implants. Works well for books/skills too.

That 'someone' needs to add w/o Charisma options to his imports. Or at least a notes section where I can note that I don't, in fact, want a +4 charisma implant.
You can buy implants that boost your characters stats by a certain number. This means that you will train your skills faster, which is always good. Downside is that if your character gets podded you will lose your implants and the better implants are not cheap.

Does anyone have a territory map of BoB at their height? I was trying to explain to a friend how awesome it was that BoB got destroyed and a map should help convey just what a big deal it is.

Pretty much as Avynte suggested.
However, since i'm only 2 days from CovOps 5 i'll stick with that for now. Then i'll train Infomorph as an 'at night' skill.

I'd wager a set of +4's would run you ~100 mil or so.
It's been a couple days though since i've been back in Delve and implant prices have a tendency to get fucked over pretty quick :-/
