Playing basketball. I think I might have tore something, or at least pull something really nasty. It's just one specific muscle under my shoulder blade. Stretching makes the pain alleviate, but I can only stretch out the muscles around it, I can never "feel" the muscle that's in pain.

Nerd: What I usually do is use my He-Boulder as soon as the day starts, depending on what zones I have unlocked. I go get a useful/annoying drop or outfit with the Major Yellow Ray, use the Major Red Ray for a quick stat boost, and then switch to my Baby Sandworm. I keep my Sandworm out until I have three Agua da Vidas. Depending on where I am in the run, I'll either keep the Sandworm (if the ML of what I'm fighting is above 100) or switch to the Uniclops...and I may switch to the Uniclops anyway, if I need meat. I occasionally use my Psychadelic Bear when I'm farming items - like stars/lines and pixels, or in the Castle in the Sky. But then I just pull out my He-Boulder again after 100 turns.

The major rays recharge every 150 turns after use, unless you have the familiar equipment equipped, which knocks it down to every 100 turns.
They also recharge after rollover. You can use a Major Yellow Ray on the last turn of the day and then immediately on your first turn the next day.
You can use all three major rays in sequence, switch to any familiar you like, and then switch back on the 100th turn and use all three again.
I've used it A LOT in the last month, I can personally confirm all of this.
