The moment the Vice guy said that Danton had cleared out each time like they knew they were coming, I said "Girl did it, she tips them off when the ADA gets the warrants."
Then the pimp thing happened and I was pleasantly surprised and thought "Wow, maybe this will be the first episode where you don't know who the culprit is by the second commercial break."
Then the gun shot thing happened, and that hope died.
You're welcome! And I prefer Miss to Sir . I don't think any self-respecting guy would have my user name...
but it's so Butch!
Also I love the locksmith guy who just came out of nowhere to help them out with the case, i hope beckett gives him a letter of recommendation, i mean did kinda help crack a murder/conspiracy/prostitution ring case.
Nah. It was easy to catch that it wasn't about the guy's personal life pretty quick - his solid second identity gave that away. They gave motive why he was killed during the interview with Gates-Boss, which implied who did it. They confirmed the murderer's identity with the final interview with the fiancee, which made watching Beckett squeeze her extraordinarily awkward.
I liked the amount of misdirection this week. Solid little case and I didn't figure it out until the end.
Knew it the moment I saw Wayne Palmer.
Seriously if this show has a flaw its the fact choose relativly high profile guest star that you can recognise, making narrowing down the killer real easy.

But see thats nothing to do with the case and everything to do with the person playing a guy. You can't claim thats the writers fault.

I would like some money because these are artisanal nuggets of wisdom philistine.
I'd honestly never seen D.B. Woodside before last night, so the crime drama played out exactly how it was supposed to for me. So it absolutely had nothing to do with the writing.
But they still haven't had a single case where they don't find the guy they're after, right? I just wish the writers would change things up every once in a while. Maybe have some really brutal murders with no drama motives, or a serial killer.
I'm not going to stop watching, but as it is, the crimes are pretty formulaic.

Its pretty much the same as House in this regard ... once they find a solution, all you have to do is look at how much time is left in the episode to figure out that they are wrong.
But since the characters make up for the formula ... who cares?

Well, there's still that original case where the murders were made to resemble Castle's novels. While at the time Beckett said something like "in the real world, we don't let people go because there is too much evidence against them", it seemed to me, at least, that they were perhaps setting up a longer arc to the story and maybe that we'll see this serial killer stuff again.

My padherder they don't it be like it is but it do
The guy has an inhaler. Don't those things usually have prescription information on them?
sometimes yes, sometimes no, sometimes you carry them around so much the label becomes anywhere from "illegible" to "barely survived a passing Armageddon"

Well, he survived the Hellmouth at least. You can't really beat that anyway.

I love those guys; they always have some hilariously inane point to make, but it's so endearing.

Most of the time the label is on the box, not on the actually inhaler.

Yes? I don't know who riley would be in this context.

No, I have that reaction any time he guest stars on something. Like when he was that army dude on House
Riley Finn, character from Buffy.
And watch your mouth!
I liked how in that scene the detective looked confused and then smiled like "Oh its like asshole" good job on the actors part.

I went "Riley!" then "wait no that's not Riley" then later "Riley!"

Tonight's episode was pretty good, and it looks like we get a big episode next week.
His reaction to the idea of the bride's mother being his mother-in-law was priceless.
