Some of these guys are just evil in a sandstorm as well. Excadrill is either going to be faster or a much harder hitter in that environment, both of which are pretty scary.

I honestly didn't mean for that pun, I swear :P
Although I wonder how much of a pain Air Baloon would be for a Ground gym.
So is this game supposed to be ridiculously easy? Im basically using the first 6 pokemon I came into contact with and Im destroying most of the trainers I meet.
Also, I think I need to trade my Gurdurr. But I want him back.
Naive/Regenerator. If I have leftovers, anyone want them? I have another 5 to check after work. I miss the box glitch.
I made mine Jolly/Regenerator with Fake Out, U-Turn, Stone Edge and Hi Jump Kick. I like him a lot.
That's the set I was running on Pokemon Online. It was neat, but I wanted to try something sliiiiightly different. Not entirely sure that Fake Out is that useful. Though then again, it's free damage, and free sash breakage.

Was thinking of pairing it up with a Hippowdon to drop Sandstorm on turn one. Golurk also looks like it has the potential to be an absolute bastard in the right scenario.

technically it was a ditto, but the capture rate changes with transform, right?
I have no idea why this game's rng hates me so much. ugh.
I've been capturing Dittos with Elgyem's (also 255) and having trouble with Dusk and Repeat Balls and low health and status conditions. Ditto's capture rate is 35, so I'd say no, (it's still called Ditto, too).

That's what Mold Breaker is for. (I was talking about Sturdy)
Edit: Dammit, Pigeonking! Find my post with the kung-fu weasels in it, pick one, and PM me a nickname and when you're available to trade. I can't now, as I'm going to bed, but should be available aaaall of tomorrow evening my time.

I was going to trade you one of my pretty damn good Larvesters for a weasal Kay, but I looked it up and honestly, it seems kind of a shitty pokémon.
In semi-weasal related news, Speed Boost Blazikan is, in fact, pure bullshit. Adamant with Hi-jump Kick, Blaze Kick, night Slash/Stone Edge and Bulk Up. Life Orb to seal the deal.

The game is, you know, meant for kids not even half my age. There is a greater variety in types this time around, and a HUGE gamechanger is that you can blow TMs on your story team without fear. And HMs are barely touched, so there's very little dead weight on your party.
If you want, I can evolve your Gurdurr. FC is 0346-8562-4822

What do people think of Relic Castle as a Def training spot?
50% Yamask on the first two floors (1 point) and 50% Cofagrifus (2 points) on the next floor down.
It has to be better than dealing with Roggenrolas and Boldores with Sturdy.
Posts
It would be criminal not to include Krookadile (no pun intended).
That's a lie and you know it.
But yeah, with badass ground types this gen like Excadrill, Krookodile, and Golurk, ground is an awesome type.

EDIT: Also, yeah, Sand Force looks pretty nasty.
My Steam
what the hell
It shall have a Driftblim named HINDENDUNX.
And shall be glorious.

This is a little crazy, because Magikarp has a catch rate of 255. So, below 1/3 HP, even a regular pokeball should have virtually 100% catch rate.
Bronzeong, Trubbish, Chandelure, etc.
HP: 21
Att: 29
Def: 29
SpA: 31
SpD: 31
Speed: 31
This will also be my first pokémon trained for double/triple battles.

edit: oh hey, the one i'm catching right now just burst out of a great ball. same conditions. the hell?
edit edit: two great balls! Then it used struggle and died. woo.

In Pearl I caught Dittos with a Magikarp as my lead, by simply tossing Dusk Balls at night, and it worked every time. I guess they changed it?
I guess it's better than Pal Park.

I kinda already called it. >_< But I don't really mind.

I would like to acquire some fire types. Would anyone here be so kind as to help me out?
Can also do Chimchar.
Those would be awesome. Anything you're looking for?
I have a Chimchar and some Magbys right now, and I could probably get you some Houndours/Numels later.

EDIT: Well, don't worry about Chimchar then if Rami has some.
I won't bother with the Chimchar since the Gov has some.
I'm ready with Chimchar and Magby whenever, I'll take any White exclusives.
