There is a difference between having hangups about your parent/child and simply having a relationship with them that isn't all sunshine and rainbows. I argue with my mom plenty, but it isn't a problem.
Man I am a horrible person, wearing a bra for hours on end is kind of uncomfortable but I totally like pose in my mirror and admire my chest and just you know
feel em once in a while
make sure they're still there
I AM SO VAIN
I didn't know admitting your flaws absolved them

I actually think all the characters, Kaiden, Carth, Alistair, and Jacob, are pretty solid overall.
I just found it kind of entertaining that they all seem to follow certain patterns, I imagine there will be a Carth 3.0 for Mass Effect 3. Some militaristic, tough-but-noble soldier.

I can't think of any other guys in Bioware games with daddy issues
Dude fucking everybody on the first Normandy except Joker and Pressly.
Again, having a relationship that goes beyond "he is my daddy and I love him" is not the same as having daddy issues. What problem does Kaidan have with his dad?

I thought he had some big hangup with some authority figure.
I don't remember very much about him, he was probably the least interesting "Carth-y" character I remember.
Maybe it as just the Biotic thing? "I'm too dangerous to love you, with my failed Biotic implants!" I guess it was more that he sounded and talked and looked "Carthy" than anything else.
Wasn't Jokers dad always dissapointed he was a cripple.
Or have I somehow imagined this.
I can't recall him ever mentioning his father, or his mother for that matter. Honestly I kind of suspected that the doctor was his mother, but she said she has no children.

I would like some money because these are artisanal nuggets of wisdom philistine.

He did have a problem with an authority figure who sexually assaulted a class mate or something? I believe he killed him.

he was in a sketchy biotic camp where they had a human-disliking war veteran for a teacher who was extremely, almost lethally hard on them
Not complaining about Bioware here, I love those games, just sayin' they have certain predictable designs in their games and, while those designs aren't bad, its kind of funny to see them come up again and again and again.
Mass Effect 3 is going to have an intro and initial level, then it will open up so you have about 3-4 quests you need to do to advance but you can do them in any order
then a mandatory mid-game quest will occur that will have some big revelations / implications for the game
then you'll be in a new phase and you'll have another series of about 3-4 quests you need to do to advance
then there will be a big final quest that the game probably warns you "THIS IS THE FINAL QUEST YO!" before you take it
then there will be another quest after the final quest and then you'll fight the last boss and then you'll save the universe.

Oh, sorry, spoilers!
b-b-b-but Mass Effect 3 has giant mechs you can pilot!
It will also have a moral dilemma where you can choose to do something very efficient to get results in a militaristic fashion or you can choose to do something in a more honorable fashion, although the results you get will be largely the same for both paths
It will have a moral dilemma where somebody wrongs you and you can either extract harsh revenge or you can let them go
At one point you will have to decide whether you want to accept the somewhat incompetent but predictable political maneuvers of (The Alliance / Spectres / The Council / Cerberus / The Fleet / whatever) or opt to replace them with something better.
These aren't complaints, I will buy ME3 the night it is released and take time off of work to play it. I'm just saying some things are predictable, like
if CD Projekt makes Witcher 3, at some point in the game you will be able to sleep with a woman in relatively weird circumstances, the game will have rude titties
Gears of War 3 will have a dramatic military sacrifice at some point
Bioshock: Infinite will have an "OH SNAP!" moment that changes the morale paradigm you were operating in
Final Fantasy XXXXXXXWHATEVER will have you beating up God. Again.
i can only take so many games with public teammates before i melt down
i don't really intend to play public games much at all. i have friends who play LOL so I will probably play with them mostly, but I might get some PA games in if I enjoy the game.

it's too fuckin cold in your country to have garage bands
so instead nascent teenage musicians sit inside with their computers making beep boops

Like about what to do with their finances because i got no clue and i'm worried there could be some sort of assistance out there.
so what
you can have multiple characters on the same live account
just don't save over his saved game

Okay. I'm going to finish this Louis CK special because it has four minutes left and then I'll get on.

And joker had little man syndrome, and Pressly was a space racist.

"Wintery lampposts, do you liiiiiick them?"
Wait this guy is the heterosexual romance? What? WHAT?
Or have I somehow imagined this.
I don't remember this at all and I've played Mass Effect like six times.
Okay getting on Xbox. This will be my first time using Live that isn't a trial so let's see how bad I fuck it up.

I don't think his dad comes up
just stuff about how people treated him like a weakling because of his illness

But that's what makes it hilarious.
ME3 needs more Yeoman Chambers in slutty clothing doing sexy dances

I predict I will end up regretting this descision.
why? i don't know. i don't like dota games.
probably because it's free, actually.
play with PA people
it'll make you much happier, imo
i can only take so many games with public teammates before i melt down
It came back with a whole new list of corrections.
