Can't Twitch.tv just plain do desktop capture now? If not, I like Splitcam. It's free, and you just select your video source as Desktop and you're done. It turns your desktop into what's basically a webcam so any webcam-capture program can use it.

SR3 kinda squanders its villains, compared to 2 which did a really good job of building them up.
Especially during the botched transition from the end of SR3's first act to the second two-thirds of the game. It really does feel like the first act of the game and the second two acts could have been in different games entirely.
The guy who you've been trying to get revenge on for the whole game, the guy who was being built up as the game's main villain, just dies in a really anticlimactic and kind of obtuse cutscene. Then it jumps directly into the beginning of the second act, where all of a sudden we get another cutscene where we're introduced to the guy who ends up being the real final boss with basically no buildup for the new villain and no closure on the first act's story arc. The only reason to expect the game to keep throwing new enemies at you after Loren is dead is that you, the player, know that there has to be more to the game - I don't think you had a single mission off of the main island even once up to that point in the game.
Plus it was a little offputting for the head luchador to sound like a white guy who exclusively uses American pro wrestling jargon.

Thankfully the gameplay and mechanics are all there.

I had just picked this game up to play it for a few minutes and then it was a few hours later and I had finished it and it was great.
edit: though Patrick was wrong in this video, you end up getting like 6 characters
If you put a gun to my head, I'd probably give the edge to SR3.
Because I am in love with Laura Bailey's voice acting.
