Aquatic Ambience and Bramble Blast are two of the best video game tracks of all time and I don't understand why megaman/mario/sonic get so much play and the DKC soundtracks are mostly ignored

You (everyone, really) should really, REALLY check out the DKC remix albums on ocremix, they are fantastic (especially DKC2)
I've had TNG in my instant queue for years, but I just can't bring myself to watch them again. They're not in HD and I'm not a barbarian, I can't just watch some old SD shit anymore.
The Blu-rays are actually pretty good from what I've seen. They aren't totally redone like the TOS shows, but they went back tot he original elements of the special effects and had to recombine them all since the originals were taped to VHS. So like they have the camera shots passing over the model of the ship, they then had to go and block it all to make it in space again so it is really sharp now.
Going back to LOTR for a sec, I always really wanted to hear more about the blue wizards who went into the Eastern lands
From the like, two letters that Tolkien mentioned them in it sounds like they were even more deep cover than the other Istari, and at least one of them probably turned traitor during that time
I'd fuckin' love a weird espionage story featuring a couple of wizard double agents
That Mordor trailer is pretty boss but if they're gonna say stuff like "there are no generic canned enemies in this dynamic living world" you know the pr for this game is gonna be some hot bullshit.
I'm quoting myself here but I also wanted to add that the trailer uses the term NEXT-GEN OPEN WORLD when the game is totally coming to 360/PS3.
I'm holding out for some 4K AUDIO in the next trailer.

Generations literally made me depressed.
Everyone was having horrible emotional problems, everyone died in a discarded timeline, and then the Enterprise was destroyed in a really dumb contrived way. Christ.
I think half the reason I like First Contact so much was because it was so much fun after the dark bullshit that was the last movie.

I would not be shocked at all if the bulk of development was going towards the PS4/XB1 versions and either a small part of Monolith/another team were handling the down-port to 360/PS3
