I ran a 4 mile race this morning. Not as fast as I wanted, but the same pace I've been running 5k recently and I probably could have cut off 30 seconds if I hadn't been feeling queasy.
Perfect weather for a run, but maybe not for the barbecue I'm going to this afternoon.

Looks like Oregon wanted to get in on the party. Just had a 4.2 Earthquake about 5 miles from my house. Huge boom and the house shook hard for about a second or so. I live in the country and thought that someone had set off dynamite in celebration, as that has happened before.
Up next is eggs, waffles & toast while I watch the American-centric episodes of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
I went to Netflix to look up the 1776 episode of Always Sunny. I haven't watched any of the show in forever, so I had no idea where I'd left off. But as it turns out, that's the exact episode I'd left off on! Apparently Jesus is on my side this 4th of July.
