I have to say, after about a week off, I am in a way ready to return to work. I was pretty satisfied when I was working on creative writing stuff at night, but I finished what I was working on and now I'm like...watching anime and drinking in the evening? Which is pretty eh. I go back on Wednesday though.
I feel this way when I visit the folks. Doesn't help my laptop is a zenbook so I can't game on it. I bought it for that reason as it was grad school/do work laptop.
If the internet in this household were capable of connecting to the Riot servers at 35 ping for 40 consecutive minutes, I would not be ready to return to work, but. It is not to be.

No, I need to go play LoL at home, but I'm at my husband's apartment instead and if it were my internet dropping packets like this I would spend hours on the phone with comcast (and have in the past for similar issues), but...I can't be bothered for somewhere I usually only spend weekends at (and probably shouldn't spend all that time playing LoL but instead enjoy quality time with my spouse).
