I understand the developer of CSD2 is only one man, and will be updating the game as it goes along, but how the hell didn't the e-mails make it for launch?
Is that the sidescrolling 2d base building/survival game?
it's a neat little minimalist game, where your only interaction is picking up or dropping coins. I dunno if I'd get more than a session or two out of it. I played a bit of the switch co-op version at pax and had a pretty good time.

Yeah, it's an interesting game
Highly obtuse, though
My first couple sessions I had very little idea what was going on or how I should properly strategize
It's cool to see that Hiveswap is finally coming out after such a turbulent development. I've always liked supporting Homestuck/MSPA since so many former and current forumers have worked on it at one point or another.

I'm not really that interested in Hiveswap. I might be moreso if some folks who aren't into Homestuck give it some positive reviews.
That said, I want to be sure to never buy a game from the people who were supposed to make Hiveswap but took the money and used it to make their own game instead.
Progression is definitely not spelled out well at all, and the menus are weird to navigate as well. It definitely doesn't feel complete.
BUT you can count individual marks on the chicken from tenderizing it. So it has that going on.
Prep stations are for certain foods that must be prepared in batches, mass producing certain foods (like hot dogs) to take time away from cooking time, and sides, which are automatically added to certain orders for a bonus.
According to the streams I was watching sides also increase the time people will wait before you fail the order, which adds a neat dynamic of balancing how many sides you want available vs. how many things you need to have ready in case of rush hour or high buzz.

That would be The Odd Gentlemen and it's a shame because by all reports they did a really good job with the new King's Quest

I was gonna make this joke, stop stealing my jokes before I can make them
Sorry, normally my jokes are so bad no one else would ever think to make them.
....?
What is it
Hiveswap, the long-awaited Homestuck game
ugh
Okay
Oh right, the one by acclaimed twit @Skull Man .
Split timeline answer: No, you fool! You invoked the curse! Now we shall suffocate in puppet dong and long-winded explanations about bug courtship!

It looks real neat. I was a big fan of Origin Sin 1.
I know you mean the troll quadrants stuff but god for a second I really wanted to believe homestuck took a surprise veer into entomology
This but for the ipad version. It is basically the only game I think is better on a touchscreen.
I liked the iPad version but tapping for the chicken breast ended up hurting my fingers
Chicken is harrowing because counting to 6 under pressure always feels like 5 or 7.
The friendly tutorial of the first game isn't there and the game seems sort of broken?
Well
At least it'll likely be in a better state when the console version hits
But i don't understand the progressiom, or upgrades, or what prep stations are for, or...

Also dang, there's a lot of foods.
