Oh, and checking the news from the update, turns out getting all the medals to Dokkan the 'free' Vegito up to LR requires you to have full mono-type teams with a very specific link skill that only 5-10 'free' characters have. So unless you've also pulled a ton of random SSRs over the last few years you're probably out of luck.
There's also currently a bug where if you complete the LR android missions you get double rewards. So 20 Kais, 34 stones, 70 team cap, and like a hojillion orbs.
Hopefully they give those double awards to everyone, since I completed the mission right before that helpful bug.
And checking the list, while I might actually have six of each type with that link, it seems almost all of them only get it AFTER you Dokkan them. So just getting one team set up will cost me hundreds of medals worth of grinding. There's only a few where I already happen to have them Dokkaned for whatever reason. And these are the big deal Super-Super2 missions, not like Bubbles and Gregory. It's not something you can mindlessly farm.
This is stupid but I really should have seen it coming, because it definitely fits how ridiculous it is to accomplish anything in this game.

It’s surprisingly difficult to build a decent Shocking Speed team, largely because there aren’t many rainbow-friendly leaders have it (PHY SSB Vegito doesn’t, for example). And I imagine it’d be tricky or impossible to field a category team with all 6 having SS. LR Androids have SS and a ki +4 leader bonus, but NOTHING else, so your damage, HP and defense all take a severe hit for using them.
So I’ve cobbled something together using TEQ Whis as leader. Works okay, but some battles do enough damage to be a little dicey.
1) Super Battle Road is some hot bullshit.
2) Now that I have SSJ4 Vegeta, I can actually make a halfway decent full Shadow Dragon Saga team (PHY Omega Shenron lead, AGL SSJ4 Vegeta, STR SSJ GT Trunks, PHY Pan, TEQ Nuova Shenron, and PHY SSJ3 GT Goku).
3) Looking to the future, I may want to stop chasing after the new hotness (why do you hate me, PHY SSJ3 Gotenks?) and save up for Kefla, since I have so many top tier Potara units. I've got 5 of the 12 S-Tier units (only 8 of which have been released on Global) and 4 out of 5 of the A-tier units (the only one I don't have is the INT Zamasu that hasn't been released on Global yet). That's pretty nuts.

I finally LR'd my Broly, this is a good day.
Then I spent 50 turns on a fucking garbage pull from the TEQ Broly banner, so not that good a day but oh well. Now I guess I should start grinding events to TUR more characters but I don't know I can even remotely be bothered with that.
Well the two dragons are done now. And I finished Vegeta a while back. Grinding for Goku medals for Trunks and Pan won't be too bad. But...I don't even know if I can beat the Gogeta event, much less farm it for 77. Ugh.
But I really should try since I just happened to wind up with the optimal team somehow...

You can buy Gregory every day from Baba. It's what I did for a while because of how often Greg is used in awakenings. I still buy Kami lookouts and Senzu beans.
But I always check out what's for sale for trade points. You never know when and elder/supreme kai medal will be for sale, or when a clump of Tree of Might fruit will be on deck. And a lot of amazing support items are dirt fucking cheap. The basic bulma card (which is +20% attack and defense for 3 turns)is only fifty trade points normally. And 42 when on sale :rotate:
And holy shit, I think I'll actually get the LR 17&18 finish on fucking time to get the stones! For once I might get the LR event fucking done and get the awards! Holy shit!

Cause man...3x quest experience makes it hard to kinda gauge how to spend stamina...but holy shit is dokkaning so much easier with the shit at 25 stamina instead of at 50+

So uh..my androids are almost LR...but I can't use all these other basic Android cards they keep giving me to open their awakening paths can I?
To open the paths, you need to Dokkan 4 SR Androids to their base-SSR form. Since you've already Dokkaned your main Androids to TUR, you'll likely want to Reverse Dokkan it back to Awakened UR form so you don't have to TUR 4 more Androids.
If you want to get the Android's SA to 20, you'll want to combine a second set of 10 SR Androids, then Dokkan them all the way up to LR. Then Train your main LR Androids (the ones you've opened paths on) with your second, sacrificial LR Androids.
I'm farming Gotenks medals now, because fucking every Goten, Kid Trunks and Gotenks requires those medals.

Yeah, I've had a fair bit of luck to go along with my various dead draws on hype banners (lookin' at you, PHY Gotenks and UI Goku).
When I checked the Reddit thread for the pulls people were doing on the recent STR Vegeta & Bulma banner (the one I got STR Vegeta and TEQ LR Goku Black on), I saw some people who got STR Vegeta, Goku Black, and fuckin' LR Gohan on the same pull.
That banner was wild for some people.

I can't be mad, given how insane UI Goku is and how fucking ridiculous his unit is right now for me.
It does more damage than SSJ4 Goku right now. (Not UI Goku, but rather my Goku Rose, Goku Black, and Fused Zamasu who are boosted by the UI Goku)

Seriously, my Ultra Instinct deck is re-donk-u-lous
Against the Buuhan Dokkan fight my team is regularly taking 50 damage per turn.. And I've killed Buuhan before he reverted to buutenks.
I dunno how the patches changed the game, but it's insane. I haven't even finished leveling fused Zamasu SA to 10 (it's at 4 right now) or unlocked his hidden potential pathway (I have an unused fused Zamasu that I'm waiting to use for when I level his SA to 6 so I can break the bottom right corner)
Goku Black and Goku Rose both have SA 10, and
Then there is SSB Vegito, who on this team can do over 2-3 million damage per turn by himself because of how insanely high his damage is with his counters and extra attacks. He might 'only' do 500k per attack, but he's swinging 4-6 times per turn sometimes!
I just nearly completed Boss Rush 3 with this group as a result. I barely died on the second to last boss because of unfortunate timing early on making me use my support items and not having any at all for the end. If I have Fusion Zamasu with SA 10 and more potential unlocked it should be a breeze. The added bonus is that this team has natural counters to like, half of the latter part of the bosses! SSB Vegito kicking the ass of Rose/Black and Rose/Black/Zamasu kicking the ass of Vegito/SSB Vegeta.

Damn, It hadn’t really sunk in just how much of the super battle road you have to do just to get one LR Gohan. I’m struggling to complete one level even with fairly optimal teams let alone ones I don’t have good leads/units for.
Turns out my Super INT team is actually pretty solid for the Super Android 17 event.
My Mono AGL team gets wrecked, because all of my best attacks are energy supers.
But with my typical Super INT team, 4 of my supers are physical, and all of them are my most damaging supers: my Super Gogeta + friend Super Gogeta, SSB Vegeta, and (yes, I was surprised this wasn't classified as an energy super, too) Ultimate Gohan.
He still does a pretty good amount of damage to my team unless luck is in my favor and I can have Super Gogeta and Ultimate Gohan tank most of the hits, but once I get that shield down he just fuckin' melts. Finally managed to beat the Super difficulty only expending a few support items that way.

I think in that stage 17 has a phase where he absorbs beams and they'll do no damage...or heal him/power him up somehow.

Stage 3 of both Z-Hard and Super difficulty gives 17 a barrier that greatly reduces the damage of physical supers. To take it down, you have to hit him with beam supers.
But then once the barrier is down, beam supers heal him, so you wanna only hit him with physical supers.
The only different between Z-Hard and Super is that he does more damage and gets more health bars.
Holy shit, Japan's next free LR is Giynu (Goku), and there are new TURs for the rest of the Ginyu force. It's a whole Ginyu force category!
