    I'm landing on Monday afternoon, getting picked up by the client for dinner and then getting on a plane at 7pm Tuesday, so not much free time to explore. Which is a bit of a drag.

    Oh well don't worry too much lowell doesn't have too much to offer for exploration.

    Breaking it down between officiating game state and officiating game rules doesn't make sense because both umpires and refs do both! See umps throwing people out in baseball and refs deciding where forward progress stops in football.
