There are benefits on the other side.

I have never been able to figure out what benefit you get from not consuming caffeine.

    Perhaps you'll enlighten me.

    Lack of the following:
    Anxiety
    Insomnia
    Digestive Issues
    Muscle Breakdown
    Addiction
    High Blood Pressure
    Rapid Heart Rate
    Fatigue

That all said, the sugar in soda is so much worse for you than the caffeine.

Also the blood pressure thing is on pretty thin ice at the moment as newer studies fail to confirm it (ditto for sodium, actually), and recent research suggests that people who consume two or more cups of coffee a day have lower incidence of heart disease.

Basically drink more coffee, is what I'm saying.

    Drink water.

Can't trick me. Black coffee is 98 percent water!

Good luck with that. You're old and tired, and your kid's all jazzed up on jitter juice.

The Asahi Clear Latte Coffee-Flavored Water is unlike any water you would have ever tasted. The "clear espresso and milk" drink is a low-calorie beverage containing expresso extract, whey minerals from raw milk, and Asahi's Japanese natural mineral water. The unique cafe latte water drink has zero caffeine and fat, and, though sweet, has few calories.

youtube makes me hungry because for the most part for meat I eat a lot of pork or chicken rarely have I had beef over the last couple of years. It's stuff like Bon Appetit with the instant pot I kind of want one because at times it's too hot to run the oven so it would open up the dinners we could have other than bbq or sandwichs

My sister loves her insta pot. She made pulled pork in 45 mins with it last weekend for family dinner.

That is a very short period of time in which to pull some pork!

We use our Instant Pot like 3 times a week and it is a godsend because we get home really late

We can have a full chicken breast with seasoned rice meal cooked and ready to go in like 30 minutes while still mostly relaxing and unwinding after work

Crockpot pork ribs turned out excellent. Made a bowl of rice to go with them and have many meals remaining.

fuuuuuuuck we just went to a street food place in thai town, byo singha, and we smashed larb, sausage, sticky rice, green peppercorns + clams, deep fried salt mackeral, steamed vegetables and the sixpack

none of that matters. there was a giant jug of fresh, homemade nam chim thale and it is the goddamn endboss of condiments. it's like a mezcal chaser had sex with a pad kra pow and birthed itself all over my dinner

    what a ride

The only real appeal is the 10+ year shelf life for when you're in your underground bunker and want a reminder of civilization.

A fried chicken sandwich is clearly better than a grilled chicken sandwich.

Yeah, it's odd. Like, I'm not surprised about the Grilled Cheese, and then the cluster of deli meat-based sandwiches, but I would have thought that the Meatball would surpass pretty much everything else otherwise.

Eh. People have different tastes and 1223 people ranked that stuff that way. If you got a different 1223 people it would probably be slightly different.
