Good point, I don't think they have much faith in Elias beyond being a high level jobber, but KOTR would interfere with his Shane feud and allow KO to gain revenge, allowing Murphy to progress.

I feel so fucking stupid for not realising. The NXT roster are going to feel so fucking burned. Some of them taking massive pay cuts so that they can get in the door to make the big money on the main roster and now they'll be stuck in NXT forever to pad that time out.
