Unfortunately, it has taken 3 years for the trial to happen (outcome still pending), and in the meantime due to the system in place the cop was suspended with pay for a year and has spent the following 2 years still employed on the public budget doing administrative work. So sorry for the cops doing the right thing and testifying against him, but under this system all cops still remain bastards.
