I made my wife spaghetti tonight for dinner! In the nearly seven years we've been together this is the first time I've cooked anything and it turned out really well! I also baked her some cinnamon rolls and brought them to her to wake her up this morning so she's had a pretty good day today, despite having to work a double shift.

Yeah, I've never done anything like that either (baked or brought her breakfast in bed). I don't even know why I thought of it, I just happened to wake up an hour before she did and instead of going back to sleep I thought, "Hey, we have a thing of cinnamon rolls in the fridge, I'll bake her some!" and then got up and did so.

I had a good date. Went to a Japanese restaurant and had grilled tuna neck. It was delicious. Had a very nice conversation that lasted for hours. Then we each had to go home for work in the morning. Good times.

At one of my jobs they had a kiosk that sold roses and other valentines items to see the endless parade of men and the one woman who called them losers was rather interesting
Valentines day used to be sadder when I felt I deserved a girl and couldnt get one. Now that I've gotten girls and my laziness, immaturity, fear and selfishness has led to me stubbornly breaking up with each of them, no matter how out of my league they were, its not so sad.
Actually its way sadder. But at least I know its all my fault, so the self-pity thing is warranted
I really have lost interest in dating it's not a self pity thing but looking at what options I had {crazies, the bitter, women far worse off than me} it was just better if I forgot about it
Started drinking around 4-5, peaked around 9 while watching the new Twilight movie with my cousin, and can't remember most of it. Got to bed early, and had a dog to cuddle while the sun was coming up to ease me through my hangover.
Nothing worst when when put facebooks Valentines day is stupid mates girl post I'll be fine with girls and she used to feel the same way for guys. The girl has been with John since she 19 she can't even begin to relate with me at nearly 23.
Mean while I still get rejected due to my height as in they laugh and say I'm too short.
