Is there anything worth playing the demo for before playing this

You get to play with some new classes and the magic crafting mechanic, and completing the demo will get you a pile of consumables for when you start the actual game, but nothing like the 20 villagers glitch with the original demo (at least, to the best of my knowledge).

these are the new jobs I have so far. the first 4 are pretty underwhelming which made the first chapter drag a bit until I got thief

wizard: right now it's just a weak mage, they give it to you first so you have nothing to combine it with. need more experience with it
chariot: lets you quad-wield weapons. effectively has S rank in all weapons but in a way that annoys me so I don't use it
fencer: haven't used it as you don't have any swords when you get it so. I guess it is about rolling through stances to buff yourself
bishop: sucks. like the abilities are good, but the job itself? terrible. all the heals are a straight % so you can stick them on a job with low mind and they can heal just as well as a bishop, so once I got the skills I immediately swapped out of bishop
astrologer: all about buffing, and their max rank skill lets you go above the normal 150% buff rate so I imagine they will be really good. plus their buffs seem to have a priority so they always cast first which is nice
catmancer: blue mage, but now the abilities cost an item of which I don't know how plentiful they are. seems overly nerfed, maybe they thought vampires were too good(they were really good). that said they have S fists so you can play it like a monk in the first game, I have edea in a cat outfitpunching the shit out of people with multitask
hawkeye: all about piercing defense, and can pierce default as well

Wizard is a really strong compliment to a lot of different casters. Mist in particular combos well with buffs.

mist is great with summoning spells too.
Wall is amazing as a heal. just throw it on a boss you plan on hitting a lot and heal like crazy.

Spellcraft is my favorite addition to the game.

I've been using it to mist buffs mostly. I haven't found a lot of use for it with offensive magic yet

Oh god, this game has an enemy called Enemy Crab who uses an attack called Massive Damage. I can't decide if that's the best or the worst.

Me too. Then the game locked up after unlocking one of the music tracks and I lost a couple hours of progress.

A couple hours into chompcraft and I'm already at endgame

    Snack time rules all

Marty: The future, it's where you're going?
Doc: That's right, twenty five years into the future. I've always dreamed on seeing the future, looking beyond my years, seeing the progress of mankind. I'll also be able to see who wins the next twenty-five world series.

Ninja if only for dual wield. If it helps both are "fakes" so its not as bad as other quests

I have a podcast now. It's about video games and anime!Find it here.

I did pick ninja, but knight has two handed which is very appealing for some jobs like valkyrie and fencer

the game breaks the 4th wall when the final boss tries to delete your save and it was pretty great

    ninjas op
    astrologers op
gonna do a NG+ without ninjas so I can actually try these jobs that I never had any need of like the one I unlocked an hour before the game ended

Astrologer is more OP than almost anything in the first game.
