In that episode, an old friend of Dr. Cox comes to visit, but it turns out he has a bad case of leukaemia (I think, it's been a while). Anyway, throughout the episode, Cox keeps telling him how he's gonna make it, everything will be fine, ect.
Until that scene, where JD snaps him out of it and it turns out they're at the guy's funeral and Cox was in denial the whole time.

Man, the Norse had stories about Ragnarok over twelve hundred years ago.
I mean, LotR might be responsible for most "magic dying" stories nowendays, but it, itself, was inspired by stories of all the gods dying and humans inheriting Yggdrasil.

It's looking like IMDB got rid of Box Office Mojo :[
I... what... the... FU!!!!!!
Seriously, they had a TON of filters and granularity on BoxOfficeMojo - by date, by genre, by studio, by production company, by country, all time, adjusted for inflation... as far as I can tell that's all gone.

What the HELL were they thinking?
what's really weird is I'm skimming news articles about it and apparently they never made an announcement and have not responded to requests for comment

The rumour is it's all going behind a paywall at IMDBpro. People are already scraping www.archive.org to get the historical data.

Also, magic dying is only a plot of maybe 50% of fantasy. 60, if we are being generous.

I'm told both of those are acceptable answers. We would have also accepted Merlin, Elminster, Fizban or Yensid.

Why I fear the ocean.
But the first two thirds of the transformers 4 is definitely watchable.
The final third is really the last ten percent and goes for way to long and really drags it down.
But I really enjoyed myself for the first two thirds.
Satans..... hints.....
Does that mean that what he's carrying is the world's longest fishy stick
Nah, that's the Harpoon he uses to catch the dolphins used in fish sticks
If you mean the first one then yeah that movie wasn't totally awful,

113%?
Or is it two-thirds plus ten percent?
Because that's 77.7% repeating.
Look, Blake, I get that you're getting married to a stupendously awesome lady, but that's no excuse to abandon mathematical literacy.
