That VAR call was something else on the go ahead that got declined. First I can see, at speed in a game that would have never be called, but the second, that wasn't even a thing. Ball striking the arm of a player has never and should never be a reason to stop play unless an advantage is unlawfully gained. Getting hit with a ball is part of the game, play on.
