And as far as I could tell it was not a bolt pistol.
And the only chapter that fires bolters one handed is the space wolves.
And the marine was clearly in Ultramarie colors, so for him to be firing a bolter one handed is quite strange.
Also, I'm not quite sure that he would be able to shrug off hits from what looked like a Word Bearers marine that easily. I would say that chaos marines are always a match if not better, due to chaos stuff, than regular marines.
I could go on and on with the list of things that are wrong here.

basically, WAR turns high level people who are flagged for PvP into chickens if they wander into lower level zones
and right now, in open ruleset servers, you're always flagged, which means that higher level people will never get to visit lower level zones, ever, without turning into a chicken

it is a shame, because, getting ganked and ganking adds to the fun of a pvp server
you spend your entire lower levels running away or getting ganked by higher levels.
you get higher, go back to those zones and return the favor, all in good fun
