Honestly, phase 3 is already crowded enough even without Inhumans anyway, and that way they get to close phase 3 with the end of Infinity War, probably a much bigger climax.
Then they can presumably open phase 4 with Inhumans and everybody's happy.

nothing has really leaked, there were fan screenings a week and half ago. the whole movie has been out there for a while now
The only real spoiler for Civil War I have seen so far is one I am actually glad I saw and makes me want to avoid any other spoilers

The only secret MCU begins to be able to keep is Zemo, first Civil War, then as lead of Master of Evil, then as Thunderbolts secret head, etc.
but it becomes a pointless secret to continue keeping, because everyone begins to guess Zemo for every mystery since he is the only one they are able to keep secret
