Just making sure I understand turn order, when you say it starts with the current regent and proceeds down the list in order, the list it proceeds down is the current prestige ranking for the turn correct? (ie this turn Envy would go last)
edit also can any of the basic cantrips be cast on places of power?

Mammon has insulted Satan before the Infernal Conclave! The House of Lust must decide whether to accept the insult or refute it and claim the Right of Vendetta.
I don't know if there is discord in the house of mammon or some magic of satan or if this is a simple clerical error
But the House of Lust did receive notice of insult this morning, and if this cannot be resolved then the we will don our war chaps and oil up for a fierce struggle

By my Lord Dong's will we have made no enemies thus far and we seek none, who sits the throne of hell is not our concern so long as we can regain our lost carnal domains.
However that does not mean I will accept my lords prestige being tattered by insult, as it is apparently is going by the scoreboard.
If the house of the departed lucifer has had a slip of the quill then we will continue to seek the pleasure of our current ambition.
But if someone seeks to make sport of us with this sort of foreplay then they will arouse something they have not bargained for, as Champion of Wrath you can appreciate the desire to raise a stiff defense when ones master is threatened

Vendettas with Legions do have time limits. Please read the Pseudomonarchia Demonum for an overview on Vendettas settle by legions. They are not all encompassing (yet), but it gets the broad strokes.
If you choose not to Vendetta with Envy, you forfeit the Prestige they gained by refusing your demand. You would not be able to perform another demand or insult for a turn due to having to wait. Additionally, without Prestige, you cannot make demands.

Well, we can't march on Envy without knowing how long it would take before the 'Capturing Cantons' windows closes (perhaps we state this), or whether it closes immediately after claiming the requisite amount, or whether Envy's retaliations would count against such an objective.
