If I'm feeling adventurous I will put little bits of potato chip in my burger patties instead of seasoning them at all. Nice little crunchy niblets and the salt you want from the meat.

I bought some Kroger brand pre-made cookie dough, because I'm lazy.
The package has 12 little balls of cookie dough all set up for me. I cooked 3 of them, and good lord were they good. Salted caramel + chocolate chip = awesomeness.
I'm going to enjoy the next month, which is when the cookie dough expires.
If you have a stand mixer, AP flour, sugar, butter, chocolate chips and eggs you can make your own cookie dough! It takes like an hour to soften the butter and then 3 minutes to mix everything. It's now piss-easy to get diabetes!

You don’t even really need the stand mixer

Usually for something simple like cookies or brownies I just mix them by hand. I’ll whisk the dry ingredients together in their own bowl, same with the wet, and then fold them into each other and mix it all together with a spoon or spatula.
Also:
I wanted French Toast. I made French Toast. I ate French Toast.

Do you soak the bread in a mix of eggs and milk or eggs and heavy cream?
I go with heavy cream myself, because I'm not making it but once or twice a year, so why not?

I went with eggs and milk because i wasn’t sure if the cream had gone off.
Then I threw dashes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and a few splashes of angostura bitters

Just had to whip the hell out of it with the French press and make sure to mix the foamy bit and liquid bit really good.
Gotta practice pouring more though. I might get a cheap milk pitcher.
Best advice I can give you for pouring milk foam is to pour smoothly and confidently near the edge of the mug, if you want to make the classic leaf shape, wiggle the pitcher in the last third and with the last little bit (this takes some practice) move the stream to the opposite side of the mug while lifting your pitcher at the same time.
How warm is your milk as well? I use the steam wand on my Gaggia (modded with a Rancilio wand) so my milk is always nice and hot.

Wow Paris and Madrid sound great.
it came in The Most ostentatious packaging
so it's "oregano" on a "burger"
The jalapenos on the Madrid could add some crunch and guacamole is already an A+ topping.

Australia does as well, as of a couple of years ago.
