I was going to join the Mornington Crescent game, but I'm way too intimidated by how awesome Oboro's posts are.
You should, and you should also make a competitor's blog. The one I have is going to start opening up into flashbacks and an off-Crescent autobiographical narrative, but I would have infinitely more material to work with if other people started creating copy as well. Just you having a name, and your name having been somewhere, at a given time, creates something that I can work off of with more heft than something entirely endemic to my own mind.
Feed my Creation Engine!!
Rather than creating a blog, I'll probably be posting excerpts from news articles and/or fan magazines from my Crescent heyday in the late 90s.
this is fine
as you can no doubt tell from my response to something as trivial as your 'inverted hue' rule, I will masterfully turn anything you create into something one hundred-times more magnificent via my creative aikido
Yeah, small doses of him aren't altogether horrible; I'll probably give some of his short fiction another shot sometime down the road
I wanted to fucking strangle someone by the end of Farewell to Arms though
Reading "The Sun Also Rises" made me want to go and stab him.
"A Clean, Well-Lighted Place" is okay.

Hey it's a The Cat.
Hey The Cat.
I found "The Sun Also Rises" bearable, but "Farewell to Arms" made me ragevomit. You know the infected in 28 Days Later, when they projectile vomit blood into the eyes of uninfected? Yeah.
hi the cat, hi eddy, hi quid, hi stil, hi hurt and burn, hi oboro, hi riemann, hi jewcar, hi VH, hi drez, hi nex, hi elldren, hi elendil, hi richy, hi stew, hi septus, and hi satan

Connecting my computer to the screen via VGA will make the picture clearer right?
Eh? Eh? Or it not the s-video giving me a poor picture and just the screen itself? Because it is technically a television.
I am uniquely qualified to answer this. I tried S-video for a bit, and the picture sucked. After some experimentation this evening, I now use the blue screw-in thingie (VGA?) that usually connects to the monitor, and I'm making this post from a 27" TV.
So my cousin is a total jerk. He has been off camping all week, and won't be back to see me off. This is a problem because I haven't gotten to buy him and his wife dinner to thank them for being supremely kind and generous.
I wish his wife would stop cooking for me because that isn't helping.

Thought so. Pick one up at target/best buy this weekend then.

VGA is essentially HDMI minus the audio.

N... no. VGA is the analog version of DVI, which is the visual part of HDMI.
Anyway, to the point of Quid's post. Given the choice of VGA and S-Video, VGA will produce a better picture.

My favorite kind of pun is the one that's only amusing to me and annoying to everyone else.

First I've heard of that.
That makes her hot, not a good poet. She was a good poet because she was fucking incredible at structure.
Anyone else is welcome, if you have friends that play, of course.

He is a guy that I like. I always think of him when someone says ARod.
Sadly, not only did my professors feel the need to bring up her kinks, one of them wrote a paper on it that I had to write about in another class.

You should be able to find one out of 3.8m people.

Dick profs are the worst.
Sure, lady. I'd love to spend the quarter writing essays on the $60 book that you wrote. :x
