As a former vegetarian, I want to put a plug in for including one non-chips or hummus based goody in the final food selection. It's funny that those are usually in the bottom of these voting decisions, yet those dishes are often the first to disappear... Hmmm.

Also as a former vegetarian, I will be ensuring that a veggie-friendly option makes its way into the menu. Chips and salsa are probably going in, but I'll ensure that there's a more substantial option in there, too.

How many of these are actually going to make it in? The top 4-5? Or more?

However many we can get in for $15.00. I'm going to see if maybe we can do $15.50 instead of $15.00, because then we'd be able to get in two of the $4.00 options, two of the $3.00 options, and the $1.50 chips and salsa.

Got my two friends to buy tickets today. Any interest in having a N64 hooked up with 4 controllers on one of the screens? I think all I have gamewise right now are the old AKI/THQ wrestling games but I'm sure I could pick up Goldeneye or any other multiplayer favorite for cheap by then.

That's basically all you need for the N64 to be a hit.

I'm bringing my PS3 and will have SSF4: AE, MVC3, Blaz Blue: CS and MK9 available. I'll basically be running a fighting game pit.

With this and some version of Rock Band 2 or 3 running, and I could die a happy man at the party.

Not at all. I mean, if it really is under 21 you could go; but you'll just be watching people drink and hang out. You could eat? Play some pool?

    Hotel bound on PAX Saturday,
I exclaimed "Khoo is my Sensei!"
So if memes make great shirts,
    And Pod Six is Jerks,
Then Moe, Khoo and I had our day.

Don't listen to these old farts. I would love to hang out with a teenager. I don't drink alcohol at all so I'll be eating, chatting, playing video games and playing pool all night long! You can tell me all about the latest and greatest music that you and the rest of your generation are listening to. I need to find some new music cause I'm getting sick of listening to the same songs I've been listening to for the past 10 years.

You know what we should do? During the raffle when Arco has one hand on his mic and the other hand on a raffle ticket, we should pull his pants down in front of everybody!

I may be 27, but I'm still 17 at heart.

Is printing out the ticket a must, or could one load it up on a smartphone instead?

Alright so I'm having some issues with this. I go through the process, then click the check out with Paypal, it takes me to a page on Paypal saying "Your action cannot be completed" and I went back to do it again, same thing, and now the website shows there are only 115 tickets and I'm pretty sure I haven't bought anything :S

    Assistory PM sent.

You don't really need to print your ticket if you can pull it up on your smartphone. That's totally cool. Jillian's Billiards on Westlake, North of PAX.

Last year, something lame happened. The number of tickets (not raffle donations) is 250, but Eventbrite thought that each purchase (regardless of ticket type) counted towards that 250. So when the total number of purchases, tickets + raffle donations, hit the event capacity, the website thought the event was sold out. It took me a few days to get it straightened out with Eventbrite. I'll see if I can get ahold of someone and preemptively avoid that.

So super stoked about this party. Ticket sales are chugging along just fine, everything's coming together nicely, and we should have a hell of a time.

The other day one of my coworkers gave me a look and said, "You sure talk about PAX a lot, you know." I'm pretty sure what he meant was "shut up shut up shut up SHUT UP".
