This guy was and is an HIV doctor. He worked in the HIV ward in public Hospital from 1992-1998. He still runs a private practice. He also consults for ngos and the health administration in some central Asian countries where they are basically still in the plague years of HIV.
My mom was a hospice nurse during this time as well. But no matter how many stories I hear, they are still depressing. I am not sure how you get over someone dying in your arms like that.
