Reminds me of an incident here in Seattle where a young man with a history of mental disorders was in a grocery store brandishing a knife at people. The police arrive and confront him outside the store, repeatedly instructing him to drop the knife. Dude got shot and killed because he charged at one of the cops while he still had the knife and some people in the community were in an uproar that the cop fired. I mean, how could a man with a knife be a threat to someone armed with a gun right?
