THE GREAT BACKLOG CHALLENGE

You've all seen these threads before: gamers buy too many games, life interrupts, games go unplayed. I'll take it a step further: I'm an addict. I spend more money on games than I should. I never put as much time into a game as I'd really like, as there's always something new to pull my attention.
Thus, I hereby resolve not to spend another dime on games until I finish this backlog. I'm going to rely on all of you to keep me on the straight and narrow; if you catch me posting in a thread for some hot new game, bitchslap me back to the list. But, why do it alone? I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem. Thus, the idea for The Challenge is Born!
So, here's how it works. If you're down for the Great Backlog Challenge, here are the rules!
RULES OF THE CHALLENGE
- By joining in the Challenge, you are agreeing to follow all rules of the Backlog Challenge.
- Until completion of all Game Goals, you agree to spend NO money on new video games. (Exceptions for MMO fees, Goozex trades (so long as you are not buying Goozex points), DLC, Gift Cards, etc.)
- You are responsible for keeping your backlog status up to date; let us know how you're doing!

So, rather than percentages, let's move to an x/y format. So, here are the codes for keeping me sane:

Yeah, but it still wines if your save game has DLC enabled and you try to load it with it disabled. Specifically, the Blood Dragon armor doesn't appear to work (I never got the first piece in my inventory), and I have no idea on the Stone Prisoner; don't believe I'm far enough in to encounter it yet.

So that's 35 games I actually plan on playing. Abyss is a loaner from a friend, so I need to finish that soon. I get distracted by L4D2 a lot, but I consider that beaten since I've only got 1 expert and expert realism to do. I'm also flirting with getting all the achievements in Tales of Vesperia.
And I've fallen at the first hurdle, technically, since I have a preorder for Bayonetta to pick up tomorrow. I'm also going to get FF13. But other than that I'll do my best to stay clean. Those Steam sales are brutal, though.

Should be fun. I'm currently slogging through Prey. I avoided it for years since it wasn't very good by the end of the demo, but at 2 bucks or whatever it was, I took the plunge. If you read Gamespot's review, it's pretty dead on. There's a lot of cool ideas, but the level designs rarely do anything cool with the tools available. Portals just act like doors, the death mechanic removes any impetus for not dying, and the guns are just reskins of standard weapons for the most part. The gravity switching stuff is pretty well used, but everything else just feels like a generic linear corridor shooter.
It was fun for a bit, but after the halfway point, I've started running through it as fast as I can so I can finish it. Until then, I'm at 0/23

What difficulty?
Just normal, but most of the difficulty for me was how the AI teammates have no idea how to handle a moving crescendo event. They just stand there and shoot zombies while you have to run off on your own to stop the alarm or whatnot. Also, once in a while I would get pummeled/ridden/pounced and they would stand there laughing at me.
The bridge event on the last campaign took me a good 6 tries because my teammates were total dickbags.
