Bretonnia: one hit on the leper (sorry Nurgle, if I got more hits I would have killed a slaanesh cultist)
One hit in Estalia goes to the Tzeentch/Slaanesh cultist (it doesn't assume the slaanesh 1/0/2 stats, does it?)
Border Princes: One hit from Blood Frenzy onto the plaguebearer. Two hits onto the slaanesh cultist.

And acolytes are acolytes, no matter who might control them, so you can kill it in Estalia.
