Yes brother, don't forget my card in Brettonia, reducing enemy defenses by 1. So you could kill a seductress there if you wished. Anyways on to my rolls.
1 hit in Estalia, killing one of Khornes warriors.

1 hit in the Border Princes, killing a Khorne warrior.
Sorry to say this, but your Plaguebearer is killed before he gets to attack. Blood Frensy attacks are before combat.
Check for Ruination:
Kislev is the second region ruined (3 + 1 + 6 + 2); Nurgle and Tzeentch each score 4 VP
Bretonnia is the third region ruined (11 + 4); Nurgle and Slaanesh each score 4 VP
I have just noticed that you forgot to add my extra Nobles form the end of turn 3 Darian. There should be an extra Noble in Estalia and Tilea, and I should have an extra VP from Estalia.
Plunged into Chaos
Each player immediately scores 1 VP for each Peasant token he has claimed. The player who has claimed the most Peasant tokens scores 3 additional VP. Discard this card instead of adding it to the Old World track.
Tzeentch may discard before drawing up to six cards
Deck/hand status after draw: Khorne: 10 in hand, 8 in deck (Note: Khorne forgot to draw his two extra cards from last turn's DIAL - draw 5 now) Nurgle: 9 in hand, 11 in deck (draw 2) Tzeentch: 6 in hand, 1 or 2 left in deck (draw up to 6 cards in hand) Slaanesh: 3 in hand, 11 in deck (draw 2)
Once Tzeentch declares his discard, Khorne is free to start the new summoning phase.
I like the fact that our two Dear brothers are completely oblivius to your manipulations. Delectable.

Oh, they know, but that doesn't change the fact that what I said was still honest: if Estalia had fallen, you would have won. Now it won't fall (this turn), and the rest of us have a chance however slim against you.

I wouldn't worry too much about that, O my brother, I've had my eye on Tzeentch ever since he was stranded in Kislev, thinking about that 6 corruption already in the border princes.
OK brothers(/sister), it is wildly important to prevent Khorne from double-clicking this turn. If you're going to go for Tilea, dump all your dudes there NOW to prevent that double-dial!

Noob here.
Can anyone host a game?
If so, how?
Thx!
The Black Hole of Cygnus X-1
Bretonnia: one hit on the leper (sorry Nurgle, if I got more hits I would have killed a slaanesh cultist)
One hit in Estalia goes to the Tzeentch/Slaanesh cultist (it doesn't assume the slaanesh 1/0/2 stats, does it?)
Border Princes: One hit from Blood Frenzy onto the plaguebearer. Two hits onto the slaanesh cultist.
Don't forget Nurgle's Card!
EDIT: ...Not that it matters, really...

.
Island. Being on fire.
I'm going to assume that Khorne does want to kill a seductress in Bretonnia, since that blocks a DIAL token there from Slaanesh.
And acolytes are acolytes, no matter who might control them, so you can kill it in Estalia.
.
Island. Being on fire.
Road Wardens (remove a hero) and Peasant Uprising (peasants add to resistance) are in effect
Bretonnia: seductress, bloodletter
Estalia: acolyte, bloodletter
The Border Princes: plaguebearer then seductress, [strike]1 die[/strike] (if surviving after Frenzy)
Make your rolls either on Invisible Castle or Orokos; the campaign should be "CitOW game 26"
Khorne earns 3 DIAL advance tokens
Domination step:
Kislev: +3 VP
Bretonnia: None (5 = 5)
Estalia: +6 VP (missing noble found!)
The Badlands: +1 VP
Corruption step:
Kislev: +1, +4 DIAL
Bretonnia: +4 DIAL, +1
Estalia: +3 DIAL
Tilea: +1
The Badlands: +1
Check for Ruination:
Kislev is the second region ruined (3 + 1 + 6 + 2); Nurgle and Tzeentch each score 4 VP
Bretonnia is the third region ruined (11 + 4); Nurgle and Slaanesh each score 4 VP
Updated VP:
Khorne: 11
Nurgle: 16 + 8 = 24
Tzeentch: 14 + 7 = 21
Slaanesh: 15 + 11 = 26

Board at the start of the end phase:
1. Remove Chaos Cards from the Board - Musk dissipates
2. Hero Tokens are resolved - Heroes strike down a leper in Bretonnia and a plaguebearer in Estalia
3. Resolve Old World cards - Tzeentch removes a hero
4. Score Ruined Regions -
Kislev: +9 VP, +4 VP
Bretonnia: +9 VP, +4 VP
5. Advance Threat Dials - Khorne has the most tokens and ticks twice; each other god ticks once
Khorne:
23 - Upgrade
28 - Upgrade
Nurgle:
22 - Upgrade
Tzeentch:
20 - Upgrade
Slaanesh:
19 - Upgrade
Updated VP:
Khorne: 11 + 4 = 15
Nurgle: 24 + 9 = 33
Tzeentch: 21 + 9 = 30
Slaanesh: 26 + 4 = 30
6. Check for Game end - The game does not end
