I bought SimCity 3000 today. I have never played a SimCity before and it was the latest one I was confident would run well on my laptop.
I have very little idea what I'm doing! People keep complaining about crime even though I have a tiny town and three police stations. I kind of miss the Tropico feature of being able to make people unhappy with my rule disappear.
Patch isn't up on PC quite yet, but I expect it's imminent.
Full patch notes, there is...a lot. http://no-mans-sky.com/pathfinder-update/
Steam Workshop to share base buildings, brand new ship and gun types, 8 new songs for the soundtrack, new graphics options, and more.
so after completing Shadows of Mordor, I decided to look at a wiki to understand who did what and why

I enjoy learning about the Silmarillion.
But I cannot read it. I tried. It is just too fucking dry.

The Music of the Ainur There was Eru, the One, who in Arda is called Iluvatar; and he made first the Ainur, the Holy Ones, that were the offspring of his thought, and they were with him before aught else was made. And he spoke to them, propounding to them themes of music; and they sang before him, and he was glad. But for a long while they sang only each alone, or but few together, while the rest hearkened; for each comprehended only that part of me mind of Iluvatar from which he came, and in the understanding of their brethren they grew but slowly. Yet ever as they listened they came to deeper understanding, and increased in unison and harmony.
And it came to pass that Iluvatar called together all the Ainur and declared to them a mighty theme, unfolding to them things greater and more wonderful than he had yet revealed; and the glory of its beginning and the splendour of its end amazed the Ainur, so that they bowed before Iluvatar and were silent.
Then Iluvatar said to them: 'Of the theme that I have declared to you, I will now that ye make in harmony together a Great Music. And since I have kindled you with the Flame Imperishable, ye shall show forth your powers in adorning this theme, each with his own thoughts and devices, if he will. But I win sit and hearken, and be glad that through you great beauty has been wakened into song.'
Then the voices of the Ainur, like unto harps and lutes, and pipes and trumpets, and viols and organs, and like unto countless choirs singing with words, began to fashion the theme of Iluvatar to a great music; and a sound arose of endless interchanging melodies woven in harmony that passed beyond hearing into the depths and into the heights, and the places of the dwelling of Iluvatar were filled to overflowing, and the music and the echo of the music went out into the Void, and it was not void. Never since have the Ainur made any music like to this music, though it has been said that a greater still shall be made before Iluvatar by the choirs of the Ainur and the Children of Iluvatar after the end of days. Then the themes of Iluvatar shall be played aright, and take Being in the moment of their utterance, for all shall then understand fully his intent in their part, and each shall know the comprehension of each, and Iluvatar shall give to their thoughts the secret fire, being well pleased.
It's perhaps not the most exciting introduction to a book that's several hundred pages long.
Several Sorceresses made fun of Huemac for his inability to get women who were fat enough. Huemac then had sex with the sorceresses

And [Elisha] went up from there to Bethel. While he was on his way, young juveniles* came out from the city and mocked him, saying, ‘Go up, bald-head! Go up, bald-head!’ When he turned back and saw them, he cursed them in the name of YHWH. Then two female bears came out from the forest and mauled forty two of those juveniles.
Overall I'm very happy with the game. There are enough minor complaints that I think it falls short of being highly recommended, but it's a good time.
I think that I would have rearranged things: 'story mode' would be 'The Courts', and work basically the same. Once all courts are cleared, a new mode ("The Game") would be unlocked. This would work a lot like 'Endless' currently does, but it would culminate in the final story mode encounter.
Possibly with special encounter cards that provide a way to 'win' without killing / banishing the dealer. That would be the default outcome, if one fails at these special encounters.
I'm not convinced I would leave Endless in, at least as-is. It's cool, don't get me wrong.
assuming one finishes the story (courts + game, in my exercise), there's no dealer. Maybe you could recast the game somehow, but I can't come up with a solid foundation for that.

You don't say!
I figured you for a breast man.

that said, it's not too surprising that an unfinished work published post-mortem is harder to get into
Yeah I looked at the wiki thing for Sauron, saw he was a Malar, looked that up, which led to other terms, etc etc
then I stopped.
Either way, Celebrimbor is way more interesting than Talion, is what I confirmed
Look I'm just saying
there's a lot of depths to butts
a lot of different facets to investigate
I got you covered:
Too deep we delved there, and woke the nameless fear.
these are the questions that will haunt me
One O-ring to rule them all.
The patch notes claim you can own multiple starships now but I have no idea how to do that.

If not explicitly rape, it is a narrative in which he is proving his masculinity as a response to the challenge/affront
Awesome, I was expecting it to just never come to PC at this point.
Those PS1 lookin graphics are cool too.
