I lost 5 consecutive matches today. In those 5 matches, I saw 6 Misty cards. Not once did any of them get less than 2 Energy. On 2 separate occasions, they gave Articuno 5 or more Energy. I honestly think Misty gave more Energy to my opponents in those 5 matches than I've gotten from that card despite running Gyarados as my main deck since Mystical Island dropped.
I think I must have punched a witch in a past life or something.
I just did the trade offer thing, I'm Roland in the game, we're already connected
Moltres away!
Oh I meant to ask, where were you getting that info about the other expansion drop in a few weeks? The only leak source I know is that Italian site but they don’t have anything
The Eevee decks in TCG live are fun but good Vaporeon has to be the worst pile of shit in existence. It's attack doesn't work on Terra pokemon which are 90 percent of the EX pokemon people are using!
Yeah, it's a big whiff on that as a result. Though it might become more relevant in the future if archetypes shift around.
Finally got the cards together for the Darkrai + Magnezone deck in TCG: Pocket and oh boy, what a mean deck. I don't have any Dawn, however, so I'm running an extra Cyrus instead.

I heard it while watching Hoogland's channel. He mentioned that the current data mining schedule shows a new expansion every 6 months, with only 4 weeks to coordinate with Pokemon day. The extra 2 weeks is tacked on to the next expansion to keep things on schedule.
Of course, it's all guesswork, but the leaks have been spot-on so far. Basically, the schedule should be a single pack expansion then 6 weeks later a double pack release (think Mythical Island -> Smackdown) and repeat.

I've opened nothing but Dialga packs since it released and still no Darkrai Ex.
Blow my wonder pick hourglasses any time I see it there too

I think I got both of my Darkrai out of Wonder Picks. I honestly had forgotten I had one and then was confused why I didn't get a New Card notice when I got the second one...
Cool a shiny meltan that can only evolve in pokemon go but can't be transferred to.
Shrug. Into box 998 of home you go.
You too Keldeo. Enjoy your tomb.
I've been working on catching all the Gen 9 mons before I put the game away for good. Not actually completing the in-game dexes, but getting all the new mons at least to get my Home Dex up to date
And man, getting through Perrin's quests to get to Pecharunt is quite an undertaking.
I felt like I had caught every pokemon in the Terrarium, but I was still 50 short of 200.
Then I realized that the Blueberry Dex includes every(?) starter, and there's 9 of those per gen. So I went to Home and grabbed as many starters as I could find and suddenly I had overshot the quest by a couple dozen
Wait I don’t remember there being a requisite for pecharunt other then playing the epilogue. Perrins quests are for bloodmoon in kitakami and the paradox pokemon for blueberry.

I guess you're right, but I need the last two paradoxes to complete the Dex anyway, so either way it doesn't really matter.

I don’t think I kept mine , I traded them for the scarlet exclusives to complete my Pokédex . Probably should have sent them to home first to unlock their Pokédex entries . Oh well live and learn.
Got a great victory with my Aerodactyl/Lucario deck I've got to share. I swear I've faced a dozen Misty decks the last couple days and haven't had one miss.
I'm first, starting Hitmonchan with a Rocky Helmet plus Riolu with a Pokeball into my singleton Marshadow on deck. My opponent appears to be an all-in Articuno deck, playing Misty for a bonus energy to crack in for 40, taking 20 in response.
I realize Hitmon isn't worth the energy investment and drop my Energy on Marshadow, but my draw is a +Speed, no help. Next turn, opponent drops a Cape on Articuno and swings in for 80, no other Pokemon in play. Hitmonchan deals another 20, bringing Cuno to 110, but dies, and I swap in Marshadow. I topdeck Lucario, evolve, add Energy, and swing Marshadow for 120 to KO Cuno and win since he's got an empty bench.
After so many frustrating fights against Misty these last few days (including one instance of a Palkia getting 8 Water Energy T1 to just auto-win), it really felt good to knock that guy on his ass.
How do I have two different rarities of Yanmega EX but haven't pulled a single Yanma?
Also, finally grabbed a second Dawn with pack points so I put together a Dialga/Lickilicky EX deck and it's hilarious. It has a Mew EX in there too, which I used to headbutt a Rampardos to death. Weird thing though, my Mew EX did 80 damage to itself on knocking out the Rampardos. The attack itself says that it should do 50 self damage if it knocks out the opponent, so I'm confused where the extra 30 damage came from
Edit: I must have seen the graphic wrong and can't math apparently, it did the 50 damage appropriately.
I stg the auto energy thing pocket does is so annoying. If you edit a deck in any way, it will “help” and auto add energy types to the deck that you don’t want. It also doesn’t say it does this, so I never notice until I’m in a match and not getting the right energy type.

Yeah I hate this too, it's so annoying to have to recheck every time if it added an energy type I'll never use.
Pokemon Direct scheduled for Thursday, Feb 27th at 9am EST. No details currently but I'd expect some info about Legends: ZA (starters?) and maybe an announcement of a new remake/side project.
Last night the new expansion from Pocket was leaked, it's an Arceus pack. Its mechanic is that there are 6-7 pokemon of different types that have special abilities that are active when he's on the field.
Also includes the Leafeon EX, and The Stone Nose Pokemon EX???
So new pvp app champions available on switch and phone so if people just want to battle that’s nice . I thought it was stadium for a sec and got excited.

Only Genetic Apex is tradable at the moment.

Does that mean I could get another one?

Nope, you can only get one. Recurring raids like this don't give you more of them sadly.
Saw I had a Scizor outbreak in game so I went shiny farming with the sandwich method. Even did it twice because I wanted to keep one for myself
Worked like a charm. Got a trade for Gouging Fire in no time.
Guess that's the play if there's a unique version exclusive and you don't want to give up your equivalent: Farm a cool shiny
Yup, I got a Koraidon for a Charmander I had from years ago in Go

Edit- Gottem ! Annihilape ftw
Probably mobile game updates we already know about. Yes, TPC, I know about the Unova Tour. We've been preparing for it for weeks.
Steam: pazython
To be fair, if you didn't read leaks/data mining you'd get more pleasant surprises!
The shorts they make are always so good. Annihilape is still my favorite one though.
