Who is that made for? The trailer reads like a teenage angst movie where they turn Dora into Tomb Raider. Isn't Dora considered 'for kids' by teenagers? And isn't that movie too adult looking for young kids? Maybe I'm old and that looks terrible to just me, but I can't see it doing well at all.

I would like some money because these are artisanal nuggets of wisdom philistine.

Is it bad I thought the fake Dora trailer was a lot better than the real one? But I'm also really really intrigued that the real one is real and I kind of still want to watch it?

A long time ago I was ankle deep into Soviet disaster history and got lost in dozens of Chernobyl documentaries. I wished someone like HBO would come in and do a classy take on it (maybe starting Emma Watson. Harry Potter just ended and she wasn't busy) and now I live in a reality where something so specific exists which means I'm either a)dead and god is not cruel or b)a god myself, whose moral alignment is dubious at best.

What an utterly creepy trailer.
I linked that to a friend who is from Kasachstan and he just went "no, no, nope, nope - not gonna watch that". And I can understand it. I am not sure I want to watch that either.

Kind of half stock on this with this trailer honestly.
Yeah I hate it when I have an ingrown hair too :P
Is this being done like an anthology film with a bunch of little vignettes connected by an internal plot (ala Trick r Treat) or is it just one long film?

It looks like vignettes with a frame story explaining why each person is having something happen to them.

They're just bats it's not hard to fight them come on you losers.
Also The Tuc you're too good for Netflix movies.
If they are that aggressive to random noises it seemingly would be simple to kill them by the score. Put up a huge web of interlocking concertina wire or something along those lines with a boombox under it. Maybe put the boombox into a heavily electrified cage. Do it the old bug zapper way.

I had forgotten about that.
But, for me anyway, if I type "college humor" into Youtube, it autocompletes to "college humor dora".
Must be lots of folks looking for it now.
This feels like too easy a shot at millenials, so I'll just say it looks completely vapid and wasting a strong cast:

I would have loved to be in the writers meeting when the Beebo Bomb idea was first floated.
And a really great Robot Chicken sketch.

Wasn't the macguffin in Power Rangers buried under a Dunkin Donuts?
Wrong. It was a Krispy Kreme.

I'm going to be very disappointed if Dora doesn't deadpan and ask if the viewer sees things.
Awkward this is like when deep impact and Armageddon came out...

Their parody had spanish spoken dialogue in it
